You know your from California when.... Do any of these apply to you?
No
Not anymore anyway, but I remember a lot of them from when I lived there..do know and miss greatly In-N-Out, there is nothing like that down south, and have taken too many trips on the PCH to forget. And I do still do the California rolling stop even though there are no hills here! :) -

Britney Spears, hijacker?
i believe Britney's logo is too similar and needs to be redesigned!
I work at an ad agency and see this kind of blatant theft a lot. It's sad that people don't trust their own creativity or are just too lazy to come up with something on their own. -
Fact or Fiction: It's not healthy to refill plastic bottled water bottles.
It is fact, refilling your bottles is bad
I said fact, but I'm not totally sure...It's actually (supposedly) not refilling the bottles that's bad, just using those cheap plastic bottles to store water for long periods of time, as it starts breaking down the plastic and then the plastic contaminates the water. That's a good one to write into the Mythbusters with and see if they can prove it/ disprove it. -
I am...
indifferent to company or not
I used to always say that I don't get lonely...I get bored. I am a very task driven person, and when there's no task, then I would just as rather find something to do than hang out and do nothing with others. It just depends on the situation. I'm not anti-people by any means, but as I get older, I'm finding time alone to myself is a luxury I don't get very often, so I usually relish it. -
Do you think the apostle Paul was a non-practicing homosexual?
Undecided
I think the easy answer to this quesiton is no one really knows, and unless Paul comes back from the dead and gives a press conference, no one will know for certain. I think the important thing to realize is that all mankind is flawed to varying degrees and the Bible was written by flawed people--transcribed, translated, and edited, all by flawed people. Does that mean it's not important? No, I read and follow the teachings of the Bible and Jesus to the best of my imperfect ability. Should you take the Bible literally? That's up to you. Any written document is going to lose social context over time. If we held to the original constitution, women wouldn't be allowed to vote. The Bible has sections that while were historically contextual, are socially out of date, and should be recognized as such in the assimilation of their meaning. -
Do you keep a diary/journal and if so, online or offline?
I keep both an offline diary or journal and a blog online
I keep both, I'm usually a little more faithful to my offline stuff, which is usually a mixture of commentary, wisdom, poetry, training, etc. It's something like the book the dad had in Supernatural, minus all the demonology. :) I also occasionally keep an online journal, but I'm not nearly as consistent with it. I used to have a blog online, maybe one day I'll revisit it, but for now, I'm content with pen and paper and the occasional digital epiphany. -
Do you like Chloe having a super power?
Undecided
I'm going to wait until I see what happens in the first few episodes of season 7 before I weigh in. I dont really like the fact that they felt they had to give Chloe a power, the only one on that show with powers should be Clark, and possibly one of the bad guys he might be facing. But like I said, I'll wait and see. -
How mindful are you in your decision-making?
None of the above
ummm. I don't know...i can't decide! :) Actually, it's a mixture of the top two choices. I try to always be mindful of my actions and decisions and their ramifications. Hopefully I strike a good balance between selflessness and self need. -
Do you think bringing in Supergirl is the "mythic jolt that [Smallville] needs" for the seventh season?
Undecided
I will reserve judgement until I see how they bring her into the mix, I have my doubts however. I think there are too many cooks in the kitchen with this show already and too many plotlines to intertwine without bringing yet another character into the show. -
Will you be watching Season 7?
Yes
Yes, because i have watched since the pilot and despite the weaker plots and lacking character development, I still want to see where they take the show. It's kind of like witnessing an accident, part of you says dont look at it you dont need to see it and the other part of you watches anyway. :) Plus, I enjoy the performances of John Glover, Allison Mack, and Mike Rosenbaum. -

Did you like Smallville's season six finale episode titled "Phantom"?
Undecided
The last few episodes of Smallville I've had mixed feelings about... I liked MR and AM in this episode, and liked TW as Bizzaro, even if I didnt like the concept of Bizzaro..(especially the throw away line..I won't repeat it) I didn't like the anti-climatic nature of Clark's reveal to Lana...six seasons and it's pretty much just...Um, yeah, I'm an alien, what...Lionel told you not to be with me? *sigh* The Martian Manhunter, Lionel, Clark team was a little too convenient, maybe if they build upon it more in season 7 and give it more of a backstory, i'll be ok with it. The Lana death that wasn't..(check the ice cream truck) The tear...great effects, somewhat confusing. AM sold it though. I think Chloe is catatonic like her mom now and will need Clark and the JLA to help her out. I'm probably wrong, but that's my guess. I have more, but don't want to write a book..besides i'm at work and supposed to be programming...shhhh! :) -
