it load and then stops and freezes, on top of all that the computer runs really hot (its a laptop). When I close it, sometimes it won't go to sleep like it should, it just runs getting hotter and hotter.

yes, but I also have a horrible computer that has problems since the start, My dad does computer networking for a living and he can't figure it out. He say the computer has a design problem so its nothing that replacing it couldn't fix, but my bank account doesn't agree with him lol
