  don't take this the wrong way, but, he kinda sounds like a player. he doesn't want to date you, then he likes this other girl. thats not right!!! he says he doesn't want to hurt your friendship with him and yet, he ignores you altogether! I think that, if a guy really has feelings for someone, he wants to be with that girl and talk to them......but, awwww, really i'm sorry :(
