Seems to me the jury will determine guilt or innocence. That's why we have a legal system , instead of turning things over to kangaroo courts like those you would run.

I clearly stated that he's an accused murderer who will be tried. When Casey Anthony was found not guilty, I accepted the verdict. It's how our jury system works. If he's found not guilty so be it.
