Zimmerman has a second passport and steals the money Conservative people gave him for a lawyer(s) ha! So why?

Manuel 2012/06/02 01:46:40
Well it seems here things are beginning to unwind on this guy Zimmerman...
ha...these
two, Zimmerman and his wife are thieves, they knew what the money
donated to them was for just the trail..they were getting ready to leave the country with passports that Zimmerman had hid....this creep Zimmerman is not
only a liar about this money that you hard working conservatives GAVE
HIM because you surely think he is innocent have all been duped...if he
lied here ...he's lying about the night that he killed Martin...

It is obvious now what he was up to...A Florida judge has revoked the bond of George Zimmerman, the volunteer
n This is why eighborhood watchman accused of killing teen Trayvon Martin, on the
grounds that Zimmerman misled the court about his finances.
During Zimmerman's bail hearing in April, his family testified they had
limited funds, prosecutors said on Friday during court proceedings
broadcast live.

Zimmerman's wife "said she had no
money, but in fact she did," said prosecutor Bernardo de la Rionda. He
pointed to $135,000 in funds the couple had raised from the public that
was not disclosed during the hearing.

"It was misleading and I don't know what other words to use except it was a blatant lie," said de la Rionda.

Prosecutors also said Zimmerman
did not disclose that he had a second passport. Zimmerman had replaced a
passport he lost only to find the original later. O'Mara said that he
had kept it since the bail hearing, and the judge dismissed the concern.

Zimmerman had been ordered to
surrender himself in 48 hours. He had been out on $150,000 bail and
pleaded not guilty to second-degree murder, claiming self defense.

So in a clear cut conclusion...if Zimmerman is innocent...then why the money and passports? Simple...he knows he's not innocent. He was planning to run...He's got relatives in Peru . I'd say the cat is out of the bag on this one folks...any opinions?....

Sorry, I'm not falling into this pot of crap. Hearsay and speculation can literally ruin a person's life, period. I will wait until evidence comes out on all of this before I react. About the money, yeah, looks "suspicious" but if the money is for trial and lawyers and discovery only, how can Zimmerman say it's his money? Because "his money" is only money that he and his wife can touch and spend and do with what they wish. Trial funds donated by concerned citizens are not his money to control or do anything with.

The second passport doesn't bode well for the guy, I admit that. But I've got to wait to see the explanation for that one. I am assuming that passport was in his possession long before the Trayvon Martin incident, so my question is what does anybody need with a second passport, and is that even legal to have a second one in the first place? So there needs to be an explanation as to the origins of that second passport and the intentions behind it as well.

I admit there are sooo many nasty individuals in this world of ours, but in the United States of America, everybody is supposed to be -- that's supposed to be -- innocent until proven -- that's proven -- guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Quite many people have second passports. They are completely legal for people with a second citizenship. Some people have moved from another country, perhaps some time ago, and either retain or can reclaim their old citizenship. Some more aware people recommend second citizenships and passports, in case of political risk of the failure of the country they live it, it helps them to leave and move to the other country, should they need to. I read nothing conclusive that he was a flight risk, especially with all that bond money in jeopardy, to insure that he doesn't flee.

Who just has an absurd amount of money lying around, to pay an unexpected huge bond fee? I think some of these bonds may be a money-making racket, in that they hope the person out on bail does flee, so the government can seize and squander the money.

As you said, I would also caution against hearsay and speculation and jumping to conclusions. I am really concerned for this guy, that maybe he is innocent, and was in fear of his life. Even if his innocence is proved, how will he ever get over all the trauma and negative publicity? Too many people treat this thing as a joke or some sports competition for show or amusement. To those people, consider if you were in his shoes. How would you feel, even if you knew for sure you were innocent?

On the passport issue, I don't believe this of myself, but I never gave a thought to the fact that the second passport might be of another country! I just read that and the old brain translated it into, Hey, he's got two (American) passports. I can be pretty dense sometimes, I admit that. So that question is pretty much not a question anymore.

As for the money, I agree with you on that one.

As for Zimmerman, I pretty much have to agree that his life is pretty much destroyed as of right this minute, regardless of how any judicial procedure turns out. Just from the things I've read, seen, etc., and not to pass judgment and repeating all I said before (and you repeated) about being innocent until proven guilty, etc., my gut feeling is Zimmerman was doing his duty with this neighborhood watch business. It probably gave him a few goose bumps to have the "authority" or whatever else is attached to that position. Carrying a gun probably gave him chill bumps as well. But I don't picture him as sitting around thinking to himself, Gee, maybe tonight will be my big chance to blow some sneaky SOB away with my shiny new gun. Or something to that effect; don't believe anything like that.

If he is found not to be guilty of any criminal act, either by trial or by no charges being filed...

If he is found not to be guilty of any criminal act, either by trial or by no charges being filed against him, he is still going to have that ugly dark cloud looming over his head. But if he has a strong family and friends who support him, sometime down the road a piece he'll come out okay. I hope so. I can't imagine how I'd react if I were accused of something that I didn't do and people kept calling me a liar and looking for ways to nail me. Overall, this has been a true tragedy.

After he is acquitted, it would NOT surprise me if he leaves the country. Leaving is not any admission of guilt, but rather a natural reaction to a country of grief that has done such dirt to him.

The liberal-retards tell such outrageous lies, about "easy" gun-carry laws. "We will be the Wild West, and shootings will be everywhere." (When was the last time we ever heard of a shooting at a gun show? Uh, never?) And yet, according to books like "More Guns, Less Crime," an armed populace actually helps keep the peace, and deters crime. Of course often when a crime is deterred, it's not news?

Many people legally carry guns, I've had a few friends show me theirs, perhaps they trust me, as probably most people in the group, have no idea that they conceal carry. It's an awesome responsibility, for anybody who carries, could any day find themselves in a situation like this, and without the gun, they could have easily ended up DEAD.

And does it even occur to anybody, even if you don't carry, somebody who does may save your life?

I hope not. If, as I suspect, he is not this evil incarnate that he's being painted to be, I hope he is able to remain with his family and rebuild his life. The blasted media and selfish jackasses who have nasty agendas of their own have used the man for their own purposes without any thought to his humanity. Shame on them.

But I totally agree with your assessment of the situation, just am hoping that it doesn't have to happen that way.

I think all the gun laws are stupid and racist...they don't allow concealed weapons in inner cities were we need them to protect the most . There should be absolutely no gun laws or paper work to fill out on owning one...Anybody in this country should have the right to buy any kind of gun they want...We should not have laws for guns to be registered...that's all stupid..Poor people in inner ghetto cities are the ones that need guns the most to protect themselves from people like Zimmerman and crooked cops...and criminals... and White and black racist and even from some religious groups...and if you go to jail for a felony and do your time you should have the right to own a gun when you come out...

Our government should be handing out free guns and bullets...to anyone that wants or thinks they need one...

So should children and babies, have real guns to play with?

A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed. --2nd Amendment

How is a convicted felon, in any sort of way, a "well-regulated militia?" Well-regulated?

I believe in gun rights, as people have the need for security, and government has shown time and time again, that it is either unable or unwilling to keep us safe. But I am not at all sure, why the people should need more gun rights, than what the 2nd Amendment declares?

What is your point with the government handing out guns like candy? They only do that in scandals like Obama's "Fast and Furious," in which they actually appear to want the country to fail. Do you really think the government will do anything good, for the common man?

I'm ambivalent about O.J. I wanted him to be not guilty all through that trial. But I've since seen programs that have taken all of the evidence, etc., explained the gloves and whatnot, and I don't know, they had an awful lot on the man. An awful lot. But he did get off, so that's all moot right there. Double jeopardy and all that, you know.

But then it was his post-trial activities, including the one that got him thrown into prison, which also swayed me a little bit. He acted like he was impervious to punishment of any kind for his actions and he acted recklessly, as proven by his current circumstances.

I don't know, nor will I ever sit here and swear to you who was right and who was wrong, but I honestly and sincerely do not believe O. J. Simpson's being black had a thing to do with anything. He was a logical suspect, the government had what appeared to be a strong case against him, and he had a crack defense team. I didn't see or feel racist reactions at all. The only reaction was to the brutality of the crime itself. And those were human feelings which had nothing to do with color.

I'm just glad I wasn't on either of his juries. I don't know, but I can be suckered easily with a good personality, which I always thought O.J. had!

And, of course, I'm sure there are lots of racists out there but my gripe is that you can't discuss facts or statistics or anything that has to do with race, period, for fear of being labeled a damned racist. And I'm getting tired of it. How in the world can attitudes ever get changed if you aren't even allowed to bring the blasted subject up? Ridiculous. People need to put a chill on their emotions and start behaving like adults and solving the problems we've got in this country before they get way, way, way out of hand, which it appears they might just be heading there. And we can't solve these problems if everybody's afraid to talk to each other. Dumb, don't you think?

take these posts I have on this subject...the conservative view is Zimmerman isa law biting citizen and Martin was a thug and got what he deserved...

That is all they want to hear...But if I tell them anything different with real good logic and even facts...they accuse me of playing the race card...which is totally bogus...

The reality is...they are the ones playing it..

The expression "Race Card" evolved out of right wing think tanks for conservatives to use against any Liberal favoring blacks in things like this.... They figure as long as they claim race card...they can automatically diss anything a Liberal would have to say on this kind of subject...

Saying lib's` use the Race Card is designed to keep white conservatives in denial of the real reality that, they really are the ones being racist...because they are the ones playing the Race Card every chance they get to block any and all reasonable truths about any black verus white issues....

Let's agree to disagree on this one, Manuel. There have been multiple versions of the Zimmerman case and I haven't been privy to even the majority of them. There are people who are investigating this incident and they have access to all of the credible evidence. No innuendo or speculation or expressions of feelings, just good, old-fashioned forensic evidence. I could go into great detail on either side of this case, you know, kind of devil's advocate and what I truly believe. But since my opinions and speculation will have no merit in a court of law and certainly no bearing on the outcome of this case, I'm not going to waste everybody's time.

Much as we have seen some injustices occur in our history, I see there are too many people watching this case carefully. I will trust the experts on this one and pass for any further commentaries.

What kind of label do you place on people like Allen West, who you could close your eyes and listen to him speak and you'd never think he was black. Besides that ridiculous "Uncle Tom" crap, I mean. Intelligently, what do you call West and so many other black conservatives such as him who express opinions about America that sound like my very own?

As I have said over and over and over again, I do not deny there are racists present in America. That is, unfortunately, the beauty of a free country. So long as they merely express opinions and not actions, they are free to believe as they wish and free to mingle with whomever they wish and not mingle with whomever. But the ratio of racists in this country is very, very small anymore. Nothing like it was 50 years ago, I assure you. But so long as people continuously accuse people in broad-brush rhetoric of "playing the race card," your ratio is never going to get any lower than it is now. And that is a shame.

Far as I'm concerned? If you're a creep, you're a creep. Don't really care what your coloring is. If you're a good guy? I want you as my friend forever, once again regardless of color. Simple concept. Why don't people catch on quicker and stop wasting valuable energy!

Let's agree to disagree on this one, Manuel. cute...then you go on on with a lot nonsense..

It long and all over the place...so I will just answer your highlights...

There is only one version of this Zimmerman case.
    Intimidation.
He brought it all on by intimidating this teen...
If the teen was white, it still would have went down the same exact way....because Zimmerman has a nature of intimidation...that is clear and obvious.
The key word in Neighborhood Watch Patrol, IS the word...wait for it..-WATCH...Anything done other then that is intimidation..because, It is not called ... Neighborhood Chase Strangers Down Patrol.
This is what it will all come down to in a court of law...

If you can't see that...then you are the one bring race into it...
Allen West is a hypocrite...because everything he got...he got for free ...from the Government...he joined the Military...he a got free education, food, housing and , healthcare. So for him to come off and make it sound like he worked hard for everything he has is kinda bogus... Compare that to Obama...Obama has worked for everything he has and was never on Welfare or any Government programs... and he even paid off his very high college loans just what last year?. That is the difference between these two black men... One got all the benefits...

Everybody wins...these kids get free ed, housing, healthcare, a trade and become good soldiers and later when they leave the service ,they enter the world as productive citizens and in turn could do the same for others... now would you think this is all good?

.And the conservative right are the ones that threw out West( and Cain) from the Presidential race...
Because they don't want a black man in the White House...that's so obvious...if Conservatives had so much respect for blacks like these two guys...they would have put one of them where Romney is now...and in my honest opinion...either of these guys would have been a better choice being they are both TRUE rightists...not this half way B.S. artist Romney is...would you agree with me on this?...

Remember that and do your mother proud. You and I have reached a total impasse on the original subject matter here and we both know it. But there is nothing gained by either of us to sling mud at one another. I have my opinions and you have yours. That's what makes the world go around. Let's try to maintain civility and at some point in time perhaps we can speak with each other on a subject in which we can actually accomplish some dialogue. I look forward to that.

As I may (or may not) have mentioned previously, I'm waiting for the actual trial, if there is one, and then perhaps all of the facts can come out. These high-profile cases are often fraught with misstatements and poor reporting and conclusions by people who should know better but still throw out their own opinions because, by golly, they're never wrong -- yeah -- and the original story gets distorted and no longer valid. It's a mess, I'm sure you agree.

Now, Allen West? Hey, kid, I like that man. I like his honesty. And, oh yeah, he's career military. Guess what kind of family I come from? Hint, hint, Daddy wore a uniform for 25 years. LOL

No, seriously, I really do like Allen West because he speaks "my" language. That is, he says thing...

Indeed, you are definitely improving. I think you're less angry is why it appears you're "improving." You always had the right skills, the anger just messes with your ability to use them. I know, because I sometimes do the same thing myself. You have no idea how many things I have typed on this site and then gone back and wiped it all out when it was done because I'd finished venting and now I was ready to be sane and reasonable.

No, seriously, I really do like Allen West because he speaks "my" language. That is, he says things I believe in and he doesn't "play to the crowds," he sticks to his beliefs no matter who he's talking to. I call that integrity and I love to see it. Don't get to much anymore, I'm sorry to say. But hopefully it's coming back in style. I sure hope so.

See you on whatever site we land on next together. Have a nice, quiet Sunday and be rested up for the upcoming week. Later....

I thought we all (other than the truly biased looking to make him into some sort of example, one way or another) could see he thought he was / is above the law? Isn't it obvious? And with a dad as a judge that had already gotten him off of numerous charges (assault, fighting with a police officer, etc.) is anyone truly surprised he didn't have things going on in the background? Really?

Well, we'll just have to see how things go. He might get off with a lighter conviction.

a lighter conviction? When the right has him pegged as an innocent man?... even though they now now he's a thief and a liar? It's funny how the right reverses those two words for just President Obama...just saying....

Conservatives have to support Zimmerman to not discredit the SYG laws... That's the whole basis for his innocence..
Voter ID's, Conservatives have to claim fraud to support them..
How about this Gender Abortion? Other then China and some other Asian countries how many happen a year in the US?

Well everything that goes around comes around.

Zimmerman seems to have had it catch up to him very rapidly.

    Bet he skips.
