A TAX is a TAX.No matter how you say it,it is money that is TAKEN By The Govt. to Do Its Will.Not The Will Of The Payer!!!

Gee ... even kids YOUNGER than this know this IS A tax .. especially when one sees it for what it is ... A TAX!

Makes one wonder what 'education' one received in Law School .. or how unprepared his students were when they took those "Constitutional Law" classes from someone who can't RECOGNIZE something THIS SIMPLE!
