THE CARE BILL
HB3200

THIS IS THE 2ND OFFICIAL WHO HAS
OUTLINED THESE PARTS OF THE CARE BILL

Judge Kithil of Marble
Falls , TX - HB3200 highlighted pages most egregious

Please read
this........
especially
the reference to pages 58 & 59

JUDGE KITHIL
wrote:

** Page
50/section 152: The bill will provide insurance to all non-U.S. residents, even
if they are here illegally.

** Page 58 and 59: The
government will have real-time access to an individual's bank account and will
have the authority to make electronic fund transfers from those
accounts.

** Page 65/section 164: The
plan will be subsidized (by the government) for all union members, union
retirees and for community organizations (such as the Association of Community
Organizations for Reform Now - ACORN).

** Page 203/line 14-15: The
tax imposed under this section will not be treated as a tax. (How could anybody
in their right mind come up with that?)

** Page 241 and 253: Doctors
will all be paid the same regardless of specialty, and the government will set
all doctors' fees.

** Page 272. section 1145: Cancer
hospital will ration care according to the patient's
age.

** Page 317 and 321: The
government will impose a prohibition on hospital expansion; however, communities
may petition for an exception.

** Page 425, line 4-12: The
government mandates advance-care planning consultations. Those on Social
Security will be required to attend an "end-of-life planning" seminar every five
years. (Death counseling..)

** Page 429, line 13-25:
The government will specify which doctors can write an end-of-life
order.

HAD ENOUGH????
Judge Kithil then goes on:

"Finally, it is specifically stated that
this bill will not apply to members of Congress. Members of Congress are
already exempt from the Social Security system, and have a well-funded private
plan that covers their retirement needs. If they were on our Social Security
plan, I believe they would find a very quick 'fix' to make the plan financially
sound for their future."

The problem with ZeroCare is the irrational dream that government is superior to free markets and a free people. Any one of the several good examples within the article should be enough to terrify this entire country. ZeroCare is the worst of the worst.

Lets go back to "fee for service" Health Care provided by Doctors not insurance companies and government.

That would never work these days. Doctors have become addicted to the wealth rather than the good of their service.

Insurance and government does not make the doctors rich, working in financial services in doctor office, dx labs and hospital, health care cost would go down 50%. Most of the time all the doctor gets is the co-pay from the patient, because of the "clean claim act" where if the patient gives bogus information, there is a typo by office staff or the insurance does not like the fact there was nothing wrong with the patient so denies the dx.. Most doctors do not have the clinic base to hire the office staff needed to bill the insurance. There is a urgent care center that is cash only that is doing just fine charging less than the insurance reimbursement, just because they do not need a insurance billing department.

I don't doubt that at all! Imagine if NO doctors' offices had to have an insurance claims department if Universal Health Care were implemented.
  • Pecos Sal babibumer 2011/01/25 04:07:02
    Pecos Sal
Yes, Universal Health Care where you have more regulations than you have now, meaning more of a government burden, you will not have any doctors, just the billing department. You will be lucky to have a nurse to dispense medicines, where no medical care will be less expensive, just what you ordered.

I have been in the health care industry for over 30 years, I see with my own two eyes, what government has done and going to do to health care. I also have a niece who works at a doctors office in a socialist country, and know your argument inside and out.

Don't even try to tell me it's worse than the insurance companies' control. And just how would you suggest that health care become accessible to every American? Should we ask the insurance companies to just start providing insurance for all Americans, not just the chosen under 65 healthy, and trust that they do that out of the goodness of their hearts? You know - like they've been doing.
  • Pecos Sal babibumer 2011/01/28 23:50:56
    Pecos Sal
Yes the government regulations are ten times worse than the Insurance Companies, if you have a problem with the insurance, call them, if you have a problem with government...never mine it will not be resolved. The best thing we could do is go back to fee for service, with health savings accounts and major medical (100% coverage after $5K or $10K) If the doctors and hospitals did not have to bill your insurance the cost would be 50% lower, you would be just paying for health care not a big bureaucracy.

In 1977 you would pay for the doctor and nurse, now you are paying for the doctor, nurse, receptionist, billing specialist, medical records specialist, HIPPA Compliance Officer, Computer IT specialist, Office to receive bills for insurance companies, Office to receive payments from insurance companies and a Office Administrator to oversee that all of this bureaucracy is working.

    The great mystery..............

Ever wonder why no one ever came forward from President Obama's past saying they knew him, attended school with him, was his friend, etc. ?? Not one person has ever come forward from his past.

    VERY, VERY STRANGE..

This should really be a cause for great concern. To those
who voted for him, you may have elected an unqualified, inexperienced shadow man.

Reminds me of The Manchurian Candidate....

Let's face it. As insignificant as we all are .. someone
whom we went to school with remembers our name or face ... someone
remembers we were the clown or the dork or the brain or the quiet one or
the bully or something about us.

George Stephanopoulos of ABC News said the same thing during
the 2008 campaign. He questions why no one has acknowledged the
president was in their classroom or ate in the same cafeteria or made
    impromptu speeches on campus.

Stephanopoulos also was a classmate of Obama at Columbia -- the
class of 1984. He says he never had a single class with him.

While he is such a great orator, why doesn't anyone in Obama's
college class remember him? And, why won't he allow Columbia to release
    his records?

    his records?

NOBODY REMEMBERS OBAMA AT COLUMBIA !

Looking for evidence of Obama's past, Fox News contacted 400
Columbia University students from the period when Obama claims to have
been there, but none remembered him.

Wayne Allyn Root was, like Obama, a political science major at
Columbia who also graduated in 1983 In 2008, Root says of Obama, "I
don't know a single person at Columbia that knew him, and they all know
me. I don't have a classmate who ever knew Barack Obama at Columbia.
    EVER!

Nobody recalls him. Root adds that he was also, like Obama,
"Class of '83 political science, pre-law" and says, "You don't get more
exact or closer than that." Never met him in my life, don't know anyone
who ever met him. At the class reunion, our 20th reunion five years ago,
who was asked to be the speaker of the class? Me. No one ever heard of
Barack! And five years ago, nobody even knew who he was.

The guy who writes the class notes, who's kind of the, as we say
in New York, the macha who knows everybody, has yet to find a person, a
    human who ever met him."

Obama's photograph does not appear in the school's yearbook and
Obama consistently declines requests to talk about his years at Columbia,
provide school records, or provide the name of any former classmates or
    friends while at Columbia.

NOTE: Root graduated as Valedictorian from his high school,
Thornton-Donovan School, then graduated from Columbia University in 1983
as a Political Science major in the same class that Barack Hussein Obama
was supposed to have been in.

    Some other interesting questions..

Why was Obama's law license inactivated in 2002?

Why was Michelle's law license inactivated by Court Order?

It is circulating that according to the U.S. Census, there is
only one Barack Obama but 27 Social Security numbers and over 80 aliases.

WHAT!! ??? The Social Security number he uses now originated in Connecticut where he
is never reported to have lived.

No wonder all his records are sealed!

Somewhere, someone knew him in school...before he "reorganized" Chicago & burst upon the scene at the 2004 Democratic Convention & made us all swoon with his charm, poise & speaking pizzazz.

You don't like that you can't be discriminated against because you have a pre existing condition like diabetes? You want the insurance companies to tell you you are not eligible for coverage when you have cancer? That's what the new law prevents. Insurance companies also have to spend 85 cents of each dollar of the premiums paid, on actual healthcare and not for CEO bonuses. So What is so wrong with it. And when the mandate comes into act, the government will subsidize the premiums for anyone making under 95K a year. So that covers about 95% of america. Why is this health care act so wrong?

Because once we allow the government to go this far, there will be NO stopping them.
They will weasel into every aspect of our lives, and aspects that i am sure that you will one day eventually tire of or be outraged by. By letting them MANDATE us to do anything you give all of our rights away. Who the hell are you to give my rights way?
If you want to live in a socialist society then move your happy ass to Cuba.

You are "mandated" to pay Medicare. You are "mandated" to pay Social Security. You are "mandated" to pay income taxes. You are "mandated" to buy auto insurance. It's time that you people got off the mandate gripe - it's old and lame and really of no importance regarding our "freedoms".

The reason Medicare is so costly is because the government has to pay the health care costs of the most expensive segment of our society while the insurance companies tiptoe through the tulips denying whom they like and giving themselves wonderful salaries and bonuses rather spending OUR premiums on OUR health care.

While I don't like even keeping insurance companies in the loop - Medicare for All is what we should have - the only way reform can work is if EVERYBODY takes responsibility for themselves and contributes to the pool.
