Ya know, I don't give a Damn what Mexico thinks about our Laws. They should not have any ability to effect them at all. We are not Mexico, as much as some would hope we were.

Patriot Unit 2012/06/26 19:49:31
As far as I am concerned the Supreme Court did nothing to address the issue, of our country being invaded by illegals, with the consent of our government, no matter what party is in charge. And now the President is making it even easier for Illegal Aliens by subverting our Immigration Laws, to glean a vote, and give him a chance to finish the destruction of this Great Country that he began in 2008. We are not the Welfare State for Mexico, so will the honest representatives in our government, if there are any left please save this country from the misguided who think we should follow any other countries laws or beliefs or those of the UN. We are a Constitutional Republic, whether or not our weak kneed citizens thing so or not.

Mexico Disappointed Supreme Court Partially Upholds SB-1070

Mexico's government expressed disappointment to the U.S. Supreme Court ruling that upheld a controversial part of Arizona's immigration law.
Despite striking down several provisions in SB-1070, the Supreme Court
ruled that Arizona had the right to ask for proof that suspects detained
were in the U.S. legally. The law has opened up a national debate in
the U.S. with arguments reaching all the way to presidential politics.
But Mexico has been very vocal since 2010 in its opposition to the law.

Mexico filed "friend of the court" brief

That is what i thought to....How are they working and living in a nice place with no documentation? This is such BS! I watched other videos of illegals and they were talking about it being unconstitutional, to stop them from being here and from letting
them earn money here.. How does our constitution cover illegals?

You will be glad to know that under President Obama's leadership, we are deporting a much higher number of illegals than were deported by the administration that preceded his.

No, Gracie, I believe Reuters. If you have a source to the contrary, please provide a link. I know that will not happen, because there is no source that says I am mistaken.

It's not just Reuters. This has been documented by several sources.... if a person wants to take a look online at the facts. Which are....Obama kicked out record number of overwhelmingly Hispanic immigrants. In fact, the president managed to deport his 1 millionth illegal immigrant last September. George W. Bush, try as he might, only managed to push through 1.5 million deportations in eight years.

Hope and change, baby, hope and change! But give GWB credit. He laid the Dream Act before Congress 4 times, the last time in 2007. Congress would not touch it.

"Immigration is not a problem to be solved, it is a sign of a confident and successful nation. Their arrival should be greeted not with suspicion and resentment, but with openness and courtesy." .... President George Bush, 2001, Ellis Island.

Then there is Willard.... good Lord , * sigh*.... who babbles and has only this to offer.... self-deportation plan and building an electric fence. Sure thing Willard... that will really get the Hispanics pumped.

Its not a game as to who deported more. Its the law, and now Obama has taken it upon himself to subvert the law, and Congress, and give orders to ICE and Homeland Security, to not deport Illegal Aliens. What a farce. Your concept that we should welcome immigrants with open are, is a farse. We have always done that, and our laws have allowed more legal immigration than any other nation in the world. Coming here illegally is just that, ILLEGAL.

I don't think their is any Adminsitration that have ever refused to allow those who request immigration status. Illegal Aliens never took the time, nor do they want to be citizens in most cases. The old theroy of this country being a melting pot, went out the window with the fist round of Amnesty that took place for the Illegal Aliens.I am not offended by anybody who asks to come here Legally, I am offended by those who don't, by those who support our spending millions for their care, housing, food and protection and education at the expense of the honest citizens and tax payers. We can't even find jobs for our legal citizens. But yet our government supports the taxpayer paying their way.

We are the only country in the world that allows Illegal Immigration, and does not have control of our borders. You can't cross the border into Mexico and not expect to be deproted or word arrested. So why is it right for us to condone it. Or those who support it. These Illegal Aliens are a drain on our Economy that is not wanted, needed or lawful. And every person who supports it, knows that.

That is your first problem. They should all be deported, no matter how they got here illegally. That's the law. They are not under the treat of death from their home country, the one they are citizens of. So they have no right to amnesty.

I do not expect you to bother to follow my link, so I will make it easy for you. I don't believe Fox covered this story, and accept that you are learning this for the first time today. No need to apologize. The story here is from September 2011.

(Reuters) - President Barack Obama says he backs immigration reform, announcing last month an initiative to ease deportation policies, but he has sent home over 1 million illegal immigrants in 2-1/2 years -- on pace to deport more in one term than George W. Bush did in two.

The Obama administration had deported about 1.06 million as of September 12, against 1.57 million in Bush's two full presidential terms.

This seeming contradiction between rhetoric and reality is a key element of debate over U.S. immigration policy, and stakes are high for 2012's presidential election as Obama faces criticism from both conservatives and liberals.

So he deported more than anybody, That is his job, to see that our Immigration laws are enforced.

It is not his job to stop that, or ignore our laws to glean a vote. And it is Unconstitutional to ignore our laws. Congress is responsible for making, and or removing laws from our books, not the President, no matter how much he thinks its his job.

The law allows for flexibility and exceptions. The Justice Department conducted a study of how the law was being applied by immigration courts, and found that these people were not being deported. President Obama then decided that we might as well stop even initiating deportation proceedings in such cases. It is a lot like a prosecutor who decides not to file charges against someone where the evidence is too weak to convict.

I really, really think we should adopt the same immigration laws that are in effect in Mexico and actively enforced there. But then, I would guess it is who's ox is being gored.
