Would You Vote for Bill Clinton Over Barack Obama?

Chris D 2012/09/06 19:00:00
You!
Add Photos & Videos
Former president Bill Clinton stole the show Wednesday night at the Democratic National Convention, which is exactly why President Obama was hesitant to include him in the program. Clinton was also very critical of Obama in 2008 when he was in the run-off with Hillary, so there was some bad blood being put to bed last night. Americans seem to still be enamored with Bill Clinton. He is a very eloquent speaker, and has the ability to get people focused on the big picture items. If you had to vote for either Bill Clinton or Barack Obama for president, who would you pick?

Neither really. Still, while Clinton was and remains a man without character, he would stand shoulders over the puss currently occupying the peoples house. At the very least, Clinton is an American. Obamavich: who knows? But, he ain't an American....

Bill Clinton is term limited. It would be Constitutional violation for him to be US President for a third term.

If Obama was smart he would take some advice on how to deal with the republicans. Maybe he would be able to get some work done.

So how does he overcome THEIR decision to do 270 obstructions.? I.E. How is he on the hook for the course they chose to pursue? Times have changed and even Clinton couldn't have made them cooperate.

He still Has a DEM Senate that Harry Reid has Blocked Bills sent from the House, Even the Pres Budget, has Not passed a vote in the Senate,,and DEM Controlled...
32 Job Bills since 2010, Reid Will Not accept to receive for a Vote on the Floor, even though they were B-Partisan Passed in the House....
Just some of the Hold Up, Yet REP's are the Ones Stalling..???.....NOT..DEM SENATE

I see things a bit different. Clinton was a deal maker as well as Reagan was on the other side. They were both VERY good at negotiating. The only exception being is the my way or the highway tea party. Those people need to go. This is a nation of Compromise and always has been.

OK let me see if I have this correct: He is a Perv because he got a blow job from an intern that admitted to 'having her whitehouse knee pads on" is that correct?? A little FYI women have been saying for YEARS that Men are Dogs. Guess what He just proved it. At least he was doing a FEMALE unlike men that get booty busted in airport bathrooms. As for Mediocre well the expert disagree with that. Ill be nice since you are obviously a bit to young to even remember his Presidency.

Ok he also felt up another woman in the White House and was impeached, all big deals. And sorry getting a BJ from and intern is wrong and well he was married and well there are other women he has well done things to. The question was not about gays in the airports and I don't remember him but my good friend google told me LOL. It's easy to check his record on line and well my family talks politics all the time so I get a good dose of it whether I want to or not :)

The vote for impeachment failed along party lines!! Now you see why paying attention to the other side is so important. The point I was making in the airport bathroom item is its one of those things that go both ways. If you call Bill Clinton a Perv for getting something that a ton of married couples get then you have to include the Homosexual sex in PUBLIC. Neither one is good but eliminating one because you are part of that party is just plain wrong. It goes both ways little one. Here is a nice little link to the airport bathroom scandal!! http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/... Oh one last thing he plead guilty and remember there are 2 sides to every story. You might want to consider that.

No he was impeached, not to toss out of office but he is the ONLY president to be impeached in modern times look it up I did. Um Centris the question was about Clinton or Obama it was not about others that is where my comments came from. My dad said he was impeached and I looked it up! So don't rag on me for answering the topic question.I'm on topic and well I was right about the impeachment.http://en.wikiped...

Aside from his obvious indiscretions, he was the only president in recent times to get the economy out of the red and into the black. He did a good job when he wasn't getting a 'job'.

Contract with American mainly did that. Newt Gingrich pulled that all together, he was is a brilliant guy, Clinton was just smart enough to claim credit for it.

With alterations from Clinton and party. This is called Compromise and its an art form that is now on life support. Remember the "Biggest tax hike in the history" of the Nation. Remember the investment of this great little thing called "The Internet" enabling me and a ton of other people to make HUGE amounts of money via PC's and NO Al Gore didnt invent the net. As for the line, "I saw what you did" saw what?

I'm guessing Daddy was ok with pissing away about $75 million all to try and remove Clinton while also claiming he's a "fiscal conservative". Do have that about right?
  • Barbi Rose Tedster 2012/09/08 20:50:25

Nope I said Daddy told me about Clinton I wasn't really around back then. I simply responded to the question. It's not a rep/dem question and I gave my reasons why I didn't like either but would chose Clinton and never said daddy was a fiscal conservative you did my dad was a Dem but he told me the truth about Clinton and others...sheesh.
