No, I had rather be up moving about, instead of sitting and waiting in a cramped airplane seat.

This shouldn't even be talked about ..
what they are doing here ..
there's so many travelers who have DISABILITIES ..
and need extra time boarding .. or extra space ... (or aisles) .. or help ..

the Able Bodied can wait ..

HELP the disabled board first ..
(and those with small children also traveling with them .. )

What would be the point in that? Let's pay extra to wait on the plane instead of waiting inside of the airport. It's not like the plane is going to take off any sooner.

when traveling with some carry on bags on a full flight, you may need to in order to get overhead space. Or when on a long flight and you need to have your stuff near you. But I wouldn't pay much. $10-$15

There's no air conditioning on a plane until after you take off and the plane's engines are running.

Why would you want to start sweating before you start, with no air circulation, so you can barely even breathe in your cramped space?

I'd pay for them to announce my name, making sure I made the flight and got on last. No problems.
