    President Obama already does emphasize personal responsibility. That's why he proposed the American Jobs Act, to give two million more Americans the opportunity to take personal responsibility. That's why he passed the stimulus - now over 4 million more Americans can take personal responsibility.

    Yeah, thats why he just removed the "work" requirement from welfare benefits.......BECAUSE HE SUPPORTS PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY.
