Would you call an American a “patriot” if he has off-shore bank accounts to avoid paying taxes and investments that result in bankrupting American Companies and sending those jobs offshore?

bob 2012/05/07 17:54:20
An American is not a patriot who has off-shore bank accounts to avoid paying taxes and investments that result in bankrupting American Companies and sending those jobs offshore.
An American is a patriot who has off-shore bank accounts to avoid paying taxes and investments that result in bankrupting American Companies and sending those jobs offshore.
Vulture Capitalist Mitt Romney has off-shore bank(s) accounts in the Cayman Island and Swiss to avoid paying taxes and investments that result in bankrupting twenty to fifty American Companies and sending more than a hundred thousand jobs offshore.
As Americans we need to use our military protect the off-shore bank accounts and investments of the Rich and powerful.

No, that's putting your American money in some foreign country's bank to hide it from the Americans. That ain't patriotic to America. That's what I'm saying: Romney isn't on America's side. Romney is against America and is willing his vengence against America for the mob-death of his real-leader, Joseph Smith. It's a vengeful takeover. It's unAmerican for him to do this.

Lots of non-thinkers on this thread. I've read most of them. A few have it right - our government is a runaway government which answers to NO ONE and represents NO ONE except itself (its members). And frankly, I cannot see how anyone in their right mind who PAYS taxes, such as myself, is NOT SCREAMING BLOODY MURDER at the irresponsibility of our Congress and our President - NONE of whom is worth spitting on, and certainly NOT worth the hard earned dollars of people who WORK for a living, which the President nor the Congress does.

lol, you do realize Tory's supported taxation and the american colonies was fighting against it.

You want to voluntarily hand over more money to pay taxes that you dont even have to under the law, you are more fitting to the definition of Tory then I am.

If he's avoiding repressive taxation and doing it legally, no problem.

Obama, Bob. Make it about Obama. Stop trying to deflect attention away from his failed record.

It's about Obama, Bob. His job performance should be the key issue of this election. That can't be said often enough.

Ha, first of all Obama is not the messiah. Those who think so are delusionally misinformed.
Second, I'm with the Green Party, never have been a democrat or republican.
Had the Green Party won in 2008 we would not be going through the economic tragedy we are experiencing right now. Matter of fact, the Green Party would be re-elected in 2012 had they already been in office, because Americans would be happy with the way things are going. But then Americans will never know that economic success because they are scared to vote outside the two party political arena. So you get what we have now.
Anything else you need to know???

Carbon credits don't work unless all nations participate. China and Japan don't, and they are the worlds biggest polluters. So what would be the point of joining into something that does little to solve the problem???
No, the Green Party isn't into carbon credits because it's a sham!
