no, because
1) i already have an itouch
2) it's gotten pretty bad reviews. they said it's really heavy, & there are some other problems with it
3) I don't like the idea of not actually holding the book i'm reading. the kindle isn't the same

It's just a glorified computer. You can buy the same thing that looks leess fancy for a lot less money. Or an iPhone, which seems to be about the same thing.
