Would the world be a better place if there was no diversity?
Just one skin color?
One political ideology?
One sports team?
One style of music?
One gender?
Honestly, anyone who answers yes to this has their own bias they need to overcome.
Would the world be a better place if there were no religions?

These do not include people coming to schools to kill spouses, or teachers, or professors or men taking hostages of students or killing school children like in murdered five Amish girls and injured five others before killing himself in an Amish school in the hamlet of Nickel Mines, in Bart Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. These are just student killing teachers or fellow students.
Its hard to belive that religions are ment to depress people, but never the less its easy to see that a large number of people who use their religion to take advantage of others.
Societies free of religions have been tried before, just look at earlier Soviet and Cambodia, and todays N. Korea, The leaders start to behave like gods and the people(voluntary or by force)have to worship them instead.
And what about the free and liberal west?
We leave our god but just to find a new god around the corner, mammon!
Money, fast cars, large homes and gadgets cant buy us other than short lived happines.
Keep your faith and care for your family, thats the only way.
I don't blame religion for all the bad things in the world and I don't credit religion for all the good things. :-)
