Would Marco Rubico make a good VP for Mitt?

I like Rubio.He will make a good pres one day.

He would be great for Cuban/Americans in Florida.I'm for anti-immigration and border control but,it's a tough sell when he has to go in front of a pro-Obama pro-immigration crowd and sell them something that will return their loved ones back to the country of their origin.

Naw, he wont. I don't think anyone can help robnme. If the right wing thinks Rubio would bring in the Latino vote I think they are sadly mistaken. For one thing they don't consider Cuban Hispanics to be in touch with Latinos whose roots are in Latin America and Mexico. Another reason would be that in the right wing infinite wisdom they have pushed immigration laws that favor illegal immigrants from Cuba. If an illegal Cuban makes it to our shores they are considered legal and can stay without ever fearing ICE coming to arrest them and send them back. Latinos from South, Central, and North America, do not have that luxury.

Listening to the man the few times that I have, I think Rubio would make an excellent VP for anybody, period. But he would, indeed, be an asset for Romney as well.

But if he's nominated, that will be good because we are going to need -- nay, absolutely require! -- two very strong men in the White House in order to pull ourselves and our country out of the mess it's in right now. So maybe his time is now. We shall see. Announcement is going to have to be made pretty soon now.

He was born an anchor baby ... he is a citizen and subject of the jurisdiction he was born in.. He is not a natural-born citizen as his parents did not become legal themselves until he was 3.

Rubios parents were not citizens. They were students here. He was born to non citizen parents. The repubs use this against Obama but not Rubio.
