NO+23This is just too funny to even consider. Especially since you don't know the difference between Allen West and Herman Cain.

I'm sure the terrorist was an innocent of the world though. They always are.
They lack the ability to think so they run their mouth to compensate for that short coming.
My understanding of and agreement with this is what "gets me with this country". I guess I and our military just have higher standards than you where both our codes of conduct and our presidents are concerned.

Interesting enough is the simple fact that more jobs equals more income for the govt which equals more money to run their socialist programs. Even the old Marxists contesting Leninist reforms understood this simple rubric.
So what is wrong with this current government? After approx 3.5 years they can't blame the stagnating economy bordering on a double dip recession on Bush and the evil Republicans.
Reagan was able to lower the US Misery Index steadily to his record term low of 8.91 with a Top Marginal Tax Rate of 50% (That's 10.5% HIGHER than what Obama wants, btw.)
Then, in 1987, he lowered the TMTR to 38.5% and the Misery index went UP to 9.84.
In 1988 he lowered the TMTR to 28% and the Misery Index went UP again to 10.9 and then 11.1 by 1990
GHW Bush raised the TMTR to 31% and the Misery Index began decreasing again, slightly.. from 11.1 to 10.52.
Then Clinton comes along and raises the TMTR to 39.6% and the Misery Index drops from 10.56 to 7.29
What does that tell you, Copernicus?
The answer is simple. Consumer spending grows the economy. Higher taxes force spending at both the individual and corporate level as taxpayers seek write-offs. If you've ever filed anything other than a 1040EZ you'd know that. For Corporations, their best write-offs include increasing production, adding locations, new product development and HIRING EMPLOYEES. Using the links provided below you can make your own chart. The Misery Index is low when the TMTR is high. It comes out the same every time. If you want the "Job Creators" to crate jobs YOU HAVE TO TAX THEM.. otherwise they just sit on their fat unthreatened profits...

PS: The lowest Misery Index EVER was in 1953: Misery Index: 2.97. TMTR: 92%.
Tell us.. Did Clinton overspend? Wait I'll answer that - NO. He increased the Debt only 31% in 8 years. To put that in perspective, Reagan nearly tripled it and GW Bush Doubled it. Your theory just flew away like a dry cleaning bag filled with butt gas.
The President does not control spending, he does provide a budget. The Congress controls spending. Therefore, the economic state of the US is a reflection on both the Executive and Legislative branches of government. One branch may do exactly as needed and the other can reap havoc on that plan. Both parties are to blame for the debt we face today. Raising taxes does not make the Misery index better.
