NIETHER ONE!! What about LBJ? Bush and Cheney acted within the law. What about Clinton sending us into Somalia, Bosnia, or Kosovo. Why did we go there? And What about Obama sending us into Libya?

Neither--funny thing is congress approved and they recieved congressional approval for all they did. It was all by the book. Obama on the other hand defied congress and went into Libya! Obama has spoken about going against congress on other issues and skirting congress in making a treaty with Russia!

They gave us ObL, Saddam Hussein, drug cartels, an unstable Russia controlled by oligarchs unsure of who has control of their nukes, and a member of that administration was actually convicted by congress for treason.

True, the sentence was commuted, and he now works for Fox news, but still.

Actually seeing as they were lied to about the premise for war, and they're not the one's called commander in chief... i think that pretty much let's them off the hook.

They voted to get the terrorists responsible for 9/11 and dispose of WMDs... not kill 1 million iraqi civilians, and still be there 10 years later...

Which is probably why the Bush Administration was tried and convicted of crimes against humanity, and the congress under them was not. Just because you get the ok from congress doesn't give you permission to use depleted uranium shells, and indiscriminately target civilians and civilian structures with your guns and bombs.

In Obamas defense though, Congress has been dysfunctional since he took office. All his legislation has been met in part with delay or in whole stonewalled. I'm not sure we really know how effective his policies could be if he were able to implement the changes he proposed. That said, it's my read that the president the party divide has obstructed and blocked the will of the majority, following a failed and destructive governance by the opposition party, in fact without regard for the people and small business and the nation. It's not like change wasn't needed. IMO, Regards

Republicans are not the only ones voting against his policies his last budget was struck down unanimously by both sides, and even the UAW one of his allies disapproved of it.
The problem is he has no experience in making or following a budget, in that he has never run so much as a lemonade stand before.
Senate Democrats and Republicans unanimously rejected President Obama's proposed budget this afternoon. The final vote tally was 99-0.

Likewise, the House also unanimously rejected the budget in March.

Prior to the vote, Senate Budget Committee ranking member Jeff Sessions blasted the budget. "It was voted 414-0 in the House this year," said Sessions. I suspect in an hour or so it will go down again on the floor of the Senate by unanimous vote. That speaks a lot. That says a lot. It indicates the sad state of affairs in which we are in. It's deeply disappointing."

"For three consecutive years now, the Senate majority has refused to bring a budget of their own to the floor or to even put forward the President’s in its place," Sessions said in advance of the budget vote. "For two consecutive years, they’ve canceled the legally required committee meetings to work on a budget."

The democrats are not even submitting a budget to be voted on, so blaming republicans for voting against something that was never written is ludicrous.

Other presidents have made it work either through diplomacy or the threat of not signing a single bill till a budget was resolved. It takes guts to do that and leadership talents that are obviously beyond his capabilities .

Obama operates as if we are at war with everyone. and has authorized that anyone even US citizens can be killed on sight no juisprudence needed, that is something even Bush did not do. Also the drone attacks he prefers have killed and injured many innocent civilians that could have been avoided with strike teams.
