In cranky old woman news, a New Jersey woman who was hit in the face by a
rogue baseball while in attendance at a Little League baseball game has
filed charges against the 11-year-old boy who was responsible for the
misfire.

At best she could sue the park for not having proper fencing around the field. If you go to any sporting event at any level you are at risk. she should have known that. if her hubby suffers from a loss of ''consortium" it sounds like he should be thankful. LOL.

Ridiculous! I was kicked in the back of my head at 3 years old (my skull obviously not being fully developed to bone yet, let alone fused) by some other kid wearing cowboy boots in daycare doing a cartwheel, resulting in chronic pain even all of this time later but did my family sue? Would I have wanted to sue? Would it have fixed anything? Hell no, $hit happens! I learned to deal. This lady is a heartless witch and has no leg to stand on here.
