He could have easily died, her actions are the same regardless. She tried to kill someone... just because he was lucky does that really mean her punishment should be any lighter?

If anything, attempted murder should be treated the same as murder. The person's intent and actions are the same in either event. Just because the victim happens to survive really shouldn't lessen the perpetrator's punishment.

However I don't agree with the death penalty, my comment was a joke, because she's a strong GOP supporter.

Had she done this before the election she might have been able to argue self-defense. I don't know if the jury in Arizona would have bought it. After the election, however, it just seems revenge-minded.

First, it happened in Arizona.

So no surprise there.

Second, a conservative ran over her husband (politics unknown...he just didn't vote, which got her mad).

No surprise there, either.

No doubt we'll see more of this kind of thing, as conservatives push their states to secede from the nation, more people buy guns and ammo (and who said Obama wasn't for small businesses?), and conservatives in general will start to have more mental and emotional problems.

Good thing for Obamacare...those conservatives are going to need it!!!

She may not be a conservative, but she certainly isn't a Democrat, liberal, or progressive.
