Woman Attacked By Cheetahs While Husband Snaps Photos

A woman got more than she bargained for recently when she got up-close-and-personal with some cheetahs for a photo op.

She
says she was on vacation from Scotland with her husband and just wanted
to get her picture taken next to the animals during a trip to a South
African Game preserve.

It all started out fine, she says, but she quickly noticed
one of the cheetahs attacking a young girl close by. After she went to
go help pull them off the child, they began attacking her. Her husband
kept taking pictures as the cheetahs got on top of her, leaving her with
puncture wounds, scratches, and a severe cut on her scalp. Park
employees and guests finally managed to pull the cats off.

I know right... he should have just ran away.

I love my girl to death, but if she's dumb enough to get herself attacked by a pack of cheetahs, she's on her own. Unless i happen to be packin' i'm just not equipped to deal with that situation.

It seems that what started the whole thing was the fact that there was a young child nearby. Big cats will always go for a young child, just like they go for the young and weak members of a herd of gazelles or whatever in the wild.

I am glad that she survived the ordeal. But what was her husband doing!? He acted like he wanted the cheetahs' to finish her off. WTF!!
