Since I live in Cali I guess it wouldn't really matter to me because I would be in the ocean. Then again it may just break off and become an island and we would be all to ourselves.

Since I had to answer to comment I picked this one. Since I live in California I will do one of two things move to Arizona or die. I think the answers are in very poor taste since if this earthquake did occur millions of people would be dead or homeless.

definately would guess the person doesn't realize the massive loss of life from an earthquake of that magnitude not to mention so many other problems plus you have to have the interesting part of the west other than Vegas

Listen, I'm all for people doing what they want, believing what they want, and definately
having their own beliefs. However, cal. is in big trouble, all the way around. I think first
they need to get rid of the democratic administration. Not all democrates are bad. Some
have good ideas, but Obama would probably go down with California, we can only hope.

First I would be buying me some beach front property in either AZ or OR.
Next it would ease up on my financial responsibility in the form of higher taxes
Next we would not have to put up with most of the illegals that are in CA and Lastly I can just see the state of California floating about with all the gays that are there....I wonder if Obama if he would still be dummy in command would still consider California as a state or what...
Now I suppose because I said something about the gays I am in trouble.

It's not our fault you don't live in coastal California

Hell yes I would miss it- its the best place left to live.

Sorry but the rest of the country is going to have drought, burn up in the middle, or go under water in the east, as we have a 5 foot rise in water levels predicted over the next century. How is that for property values in the Gulf? Florida? New England?

We are going to have heavy fogs blown in from the ocean, and lose some beach's.

Sorry. Rough times ahead, for most, I'm not surprised people are bitter.

Don't tell them that we are mostly moving up in elevation and sideways to the north...
That's why we have 50 foot coastal cliffs and don't worry much about rising sea levels.

    I recall a lot of people who had moved to LA County from Texas, moved back after some large earthquakes in the 80's and 90's.;
They just found tornadoes more comfortable I suppose.

Unfortunatly a few of those nuts will manage to escape from the state, and infect other places like Nevada, Arizona, and Texas with their idiot liberal progressive socialist, redistributionist stupidity. I would suggest that we put up a boarder fence and keep them in the state, I'd much rather have a state full of Mexicans, at least they want to work,

Being that I was born and raised and lived my entire life here in CommieMexifornia, I pray that I'm able to find somewhere to live out of this idiot Progressive Liberal state before it falls into the ocean.
Believe me we are looking because we'll never be able to afford living in this disaster of a Liberal entitlement state when we retire in less that 10 years....so sad. I love California. It has it all. Coastline, desert, mountains, and everything in between and the f'n Liberals have ruined life here except for welfare bums and illegals.
