This would warm the cockles of my heart. This man is a fraud and should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Throw away the key.

And I hope Romney does not pardon him or there are gonna be a lot of upset Patriotic Americans.

Added: Lets hold Holder accountable as well.

I am not aware of any federal statute that would apply here, and if anyone thinks President Romney should focus his energy here rather than on straightening out the economy, creating private-sector jobs, and dismantling Obama's regulatory stranglehold, I pray Romney will differ from you.

the blame is what you call it, but it was none the less true. if you will not prosecute those who oppress how can you ever expect any justice at all. bush and cheney are both war criminals and you know it

If sufficient evidence showed he defrauded the American people/government in obtaining his education and or the presidency then he should be prosecuted as any other common criminal. No man is above the law.

He just needs to leave office and be done with politics. He's already been in this 4...I don't care about his status or anything else. When he goes he can take his baggage with him.

The only reason I indicate no is why waste more tax payer money on top of that which has been squandered already by Obama and Company. He should have never been elected in the first place. I think any and all candidates should be required to show their proof of birth before they even get placed on a ballot.

Daivd you should have thought of wasting money when people voted for him.. Shame on all who were so irresponsible. He needs to go to trial and I believe those who voted for him should be taxed for the cost

67% of what? SodaHead respondants? Not a true cross-section of America... a more accurate thesis might be: a cross-section revelation of SodaHead respondants, indicating a Conservative response to stated question of 67%.

It's GREAT Being Me. Obama's attorney has said nothing of the sort. My mirror reflects the best possible reflection--ME ! ; ] Next time you want to post a smart-ass answer, try adding a link to verify your posted content concerning Obama's attorney and any admissions that have supposedly been made...otherwise, the fraud is --You.

Oh yeah....but, it will never happen.

To see Obama legally cut down to size and be exposed as the anti-American disgrace that he is would be wonderful.

However, what would be MORE wonderful would be to see him genuinely, voluntarily, even miraculously repent, and change his ideo-political direction and agenda to one that would be that of a lover and preserver of individual freedom & liberty.

If that happened, I could support and would defend Obama to the very end.

But, I won't hold my breath.
