Absolutely. I was stunned when I moved to the state I'm in and was not asked for i.d. the first time I went to vote. They had absolutely no idea who I was, they just took my word for it. Unbelievable.

Of course. If one does not care to get an ID or to show it before voting then one does NOT deserve the right to vote. Pure and simple. Easy way to keep illegals and dead people from voting and activists from voting early and often.

Every time I have ever voted in Florida.... I have had to show my drivers license or other government ID..like a military ID card.

I believe without a single qualm...no ID, no vote.

Before you comment about the poor and downtrodden....call your local welfare office and check to see if the poor and downtrodden can get welfare benefits without ID.

This crap about not having ID is just that: CRAP!

No problem for citizens, that have the right to vote. Non citizens do not have the right to vote on American laws on American soil. Illegals do not have the right and neither do dead people.

Aside from every investigation coming up with nothing carrying out this devious plot would require finding people willing to risk a $10,000 fine and 5 years in jail, supply them with names and addresses and then pray nobody screws up.
The idea is ridiculous.

It's much easier to do what Bush did in Florida in 2000 and remove votes after they're cast.

This is a non-issue. If you have to have an ID for d*mn near anything else - this should be important enough too. Besides, there are countless community services to make sure people can get their IDs. It's not like they have to have it on 4th of July weekend.
