    We don't have thanksgiving in Iceland instead we have Þorláksmessa (I have no idea if there even is an English word for it) and then we have to eat some very smelly fish (I've never tasted it) but even if we did have thanksgiving and even on our Icelandic holiday I won't be eating turkey or fish or because I am now I vegetarian :)

    perhaps duck l' range, with butter basted mushrooms, a nice green pea, , baked or whipped potatoe, and yams, backed tender in the oven, with a sangria .
