Actually project gunrunner was conceived by the Bush administration and scrapped; it was restarted by the Obama administration and altered; by the way, I'm not exactly a fan of the Republicans and the Bush administration either, so if it turns out that they are also responsible for the deaths of innocent people--the members of the Bush administration should be held accountable. Either way, congress should gain full access to all information from project gunrunner and project fast and furious so that it can be reviewed; don't you agree?

That's not true. Fast and Furious was part of the Gunwalker program and was developed in 2006. Wide Receiver was the "test run" intended to prepare for Fast and Furious. The plan to implement F&F was already on the boards when the Obama Administration took office, and given the many failures in Wide Receiver that were covered up by the Bush Administration, it's hard to conclude that the Obama Administration knew what they were getting into. Was this a trap deliberately left by the Bush Administration knowing that it would fail? We don't know that yet, but either way, it's obvious that while mistakes were clearly made, there was no misconduct of any kind on the part of the Obama Administration.
