It looked like a Slam Dunk for the Obama Regime after they forced it down our throats............or was it?
I listened to the hearings back on March 27, 2012 and Obama's solicitor general, Donald Verrilli. It was embarrassing to watch how inept Verrilli the Lap Dog performed under the intense grilling he received from both sides of the court. Justice Sandra Sotomayer, who should have recused herself from the hearing because she helped Obama draft the law, made Verrilli look even more like the fool than he is.
Within the next few days the Justices will release their decision to the public.

+7The Supreme Court made their preliminary decision on a Friday after they assembled. Either Sotomayer or Kagan squealed to Obama that the initial decision was to strike down the law because Obama came out of his hole the following Monday and chastised the court for being a political tool for the Conservatives.

The liberal media are trying to give "cover" for Democrats in the House to vote against the Repeal bill. By mocking and ridiculing the fact that the House is even voting on a bill to Repeal ObamaCare, they think they are giving liberals in Congress an excuse to oppose the repeal. This is classic "inside the beltway" thinking -- totally out of touch with the vast majority of Americans who are fed up with ObamaCare and the political establishment that rammed it down our throats.
