On August 6, 2009, Her Scariness, Nancy Pelosi visited the Stout Street Clinic in downtown Denver. ObamaCare protesters and supporters gathered to have their opinions voiced and seen. One can easily see the difference between the two groups.
The one group had almost all homemade signs. They had no bullhorns and no apparent "organizers". They arrived using their own means of transportation. They were there early and stayed after Pelosi was gone.
The other group had almost all professionally made signs. They had bullhorns, organizers, and transportation provided to and from the event. They showed up late. They shouted down the ObamaCare protesters and then got their photo op in. They pushed their way to the front so Pelosi could see them and they could see her. Then they got a ride, according to one woman with the group, to Pelosi's next stop for more of the same. This sounds like a real grassroots group to me.
Here's a link to the commentary on the gatherings with many more pictures than are posted here.

This shows some media photographers getting pictures and notice, which group gets the coverage. The estimates were approximately 200 ObamaCare protesters to about 40 ObamaCare supporters.
This picture is of the ObamaCare protesters and some of the signs they made.
This picture is of the ObamaCare supporters. There were a few with homemade signs, but the vast majority had professionally made signs. This was not the organizer, with the bullhorn. He didn't like his job and the organizer took over for him.
This one shows an ObamaCare supporter who took a sign from a person that opposes ObamaCare. The sign had a picture of Pelosi (that alone would make me want to rip it down) that said "Pants On Fire". Now, anyone over the age of seven knows the implication, but that’s all the sign said.
