There is absolutely NOTHING that Romney or Obama can do to control the current increasing debt unless they make drastic cuts and raise taxes by 25% across the board which would cause the US to go into recession/depression.

So the reality is that we are stuck with debt ridden budgets for at least 10-15 years. If not longer.

    1) Mitt Romney is essentially Barack Obama on every policy from warfare to welfare, and no policies will change

    2) Mitt Romney lacks a budget proposal, unlike the campaigns of Paul and Johnson

    3) Even a radical plan to cut STILL results in the debt rising. Johnson and Paul, offering far more dramatic cuts than anyone else in Washington still need three years to balance. This goes to show the complexity of our budget. These changes take years. Claiming that Romney will decrease the debt is not only naive, but it is also nearly impossible.

Sure it will. We have passed critical mass. We stood a chance until Obumbo tacked on that extra trillion, plus all the other BS of his.

However compared to Obama it won't be as bad, but we will need some serious fixing sometime soon

"Marvelous" that's Willard on Ryan budget. Simple math, you can't cut taxes and get more revenue. We aren't getting enough revenue now. Should Willard win, we will be just like Italy, Spain, France, Sweden, Holland etc. spiraling toward another recession, actually a depression.

The national debt is going to go up no matter who gets elected. The question is "how much" and will we get our moneys worth? Obama wouldnt have an issue with the debt probably had the billions and trillions created the jobs he said they would therefore generating more tax revenue.
