This is Obama's baby and according to what he would say it is not nor will it ever be a tax, just a fine for not having MY MOST WONDERFUL MEDICAL PROTECTION.

From what I've seen, at least some in Congress and the Senate are calling it a tax. The way the court presented it, it is a tax. I'll be curious what sort of verbal judo Obama and his minions attempt to avoid calling it what it is.
