One SH says that the insurance companies will make a ton of money if 'BO-Care' gets passed.
Another SH says the insurance companies do not want 'BO-Care' because the ins. cos. will eventually not exist.

There was a report earlier this week, that Once ObamaCare is fully implemented in 2014, and the estimated 6% increase Each Year until 2021,,,They, The Insurance Industry, Stand to make 1-Trillion Dollars...

If ObamaCare is Overturned, they are anticipating Going Out of Business and Put the Cost on the GOV, to front as Socialised Medicine....

Many of the astroturf protests against insurance reform are documented to be created by insurance companies or insurance lobbying groups.

Obama's actual proposals would be largely neutral to the companies, limiting some profits but almost requiring that they get more business. They are working up people to be scared of provisions they don't like but may just get some plums from the process that will give them great profits.

ALSO- Tort Reform is the biggest nonsense. States which have limited tort suits have not seen drops in doctor liability insurance or general health care costs. In some places, The exact opposite happened and now people who are badly hurt by incompetence can't get the money they need to make up for it.

Before you say the word 'documented', it would be nice if you cited your source. Till then, it's just an opinion. Thanks.

The only ones that will benefit from this stupid bill are the politicians and the government. We are going to be sucking hind tit if and when this bill becomes law.

These are the guys I am after....the Drug Companies. They are making a ton of money now, and no matter Obamacare or not....they will still make a ton of bucks.
We need to REFORM what we already have....
Drug companies, Lawyer lobbys, and pre-existing conditions !!!!!

I definitely agree with you.....But, Due to the Insurance Lobbyists gaing a position of Blackmail Over The Gov...if ObamaCare is Rejected by the SCOTUS, they will shut their Doors, due to their Projected Revenues of 1-Trillion, and Force the GOV, into Socialized Medicine...
No Matter, The "Mandated Insured Person", is Screwed in Either Case...

The whole point about "obamacare" is that INSURANCE companies ARE the Freekin' problem!!! And the insurance companies are going to lose BILLIONS of dollars. As Homer would say..."DOH" It's really not to hard to figure out.

it depends how the plan finally turns out. as has been reported, Washington is thundering with healthcare lobbyists, so they are obviously worried as they are out in force. If they would actually explain to the people why their charges are higher than inflation, they might get treated better, but so far, not a word.

And I mean, find out what the consensus is through this poll because no one knows for sure.....I'm hoping someone will find some proof.

They already make tons of money... I know that top doctors and insurance companies get a ton of money out of the current system. If the health care becomes more of a national program the end results in insurance getting less, until they aren't needed at all.... Now I'm not to sure on all the specifics of the program, but theoretically they may be getting the same if not more under his plan. I would much rather prefer more extreme ideas... but many are against that...
