Zimbabwe's president said Thursday that homosexuality doesn't belong in Zimbabwe and it violates women's rights by denying the union of men and women needed to bear children.

Robert Mugabe, 88, speaking at a women's HIV/Aids and gender rights conference in Harare, said the "gay world" goes against nature.

First of all, about 90% of the population is straight. They will continue to have babies. We will be fine.

Second, chances are that gay couples won't be reproducing anyway so what difference does it make if they get married?

Gay marriage is simply another attempt by Nature to try and rebalance the terrible damage we've caused to the world. Homosexuals are usually go-getters, and very progressive. I know that they have saved a few cities in New Jersey from chaos.

I could say that I'm fearful that fundamentalist religion sects gaining wide spread support like that will eventually lead to the extinction of of the human race and have more to back me up.

One of the major reasons Obama decided to support Gay Marriage is to slow down Population growth. But that is ridiculous. You can have couples make money by not having children, in order to slow down population growth.

The majority of the population are straight. So if gay people marry it doesn't mean the rest of the world will die out because lots of straight couple are going to get married and have children. This is a ridiculous argument against gay marriage.

Of course there will always be straight people. That's because heterosexuality is our sexual and biological "default" position. Homosexuality is not, which makes it less than fully normal.

Even homosexuals inadvertently acknowledge this -- they are just as apt to use the word "straight" as everyone else is.

"Straight" in such a context means "typical" or "normal." Words mean things.
