Hillary Clinton said in a meeting with other New York Lawmakers that she is open to being Barack Obama's Vice Presidential Nominee if it will help the Democrats in the November 2008 Presidential Election.
This came following a statement by Democratic Rep. Nydia Velazquez, who feels that in order for Obama to capture certain demographics and voting blocs, he has to choose Hillary as his running mate, but will he?

No. Obama won't choose Hillary because there is too much bad blood.
Choosing Hillary as veep would be his biggest mistake. She probably thinks if something happens to him she got the president job. Hillary is not trustworthy.View thread

As a child, it took a village to raise me as my mother passed away. Now Hillary has come along and has written the book; she knows IT TAKES A VILLAGE. She also knows about governing. Mainly, I admire her expertise in caring for children; as a lawyer she is effective in this endeavor, but she has always been involved in children's defense. She is a regal lady, a lady for sure, and surely regal.

It was the State Democrat Party that violated the rules......and in Florida's case it was the State of Florida that broke the rules with a Republican Governor and Republican state Senate, but the blunt of the punishment was the Candidates and the Voters.
Forget the Candidates....... the voters were the ones that suffered the most........ there lies the problem...... Ignore them in the Primaries and they will ignore the Party in the General Election.
Florida Democrats had the best argument.... they didn't break the rules.
Party broke the rules in Michigain..... Once the National Party decided to look at bending the rules, it created even more problems.... .(preventing a land slide of states rushing to schedule at any time at the next opportunity)
This was not Clinton's idea to break the rules..... she wanted the voters validated..... and really we, you and I, wanted them validated.
Once everyone wanted the same thing.... then it was a matter of how to do it.
The real problem was the race became too close ...... it would have bee better to not have to deal with it.......
You lost respect for Clinton..... Many lost respect...

Votes counted as voted would not have changed anything, he still would have the majority of state delegates...... so, why not do this and take the high ground? That became the real question. He blocked the re-vote, and blocked the count..... In the end, they manipulated the count. Why? I don't know......
Unless the gap did narrow and he did not want to lose argument?
This goes back to and ends with the real victims here.......
Remember.... he does not lose anything, Clinton does not win anything...... The voters, either lose or win..... they did not make the end result look like the voters won....... they lost.
Votes were taken from some and given to others.
Michigan, they gave Obama all of the Undecided, some of which belonged to Edwards......40%..... then they bumped it up to 59%, which means other voters gave to Obama.
So, if the Voters were the real victims all along.... they ended up the victims in the end. The whole thing sucked.
Who should we be upset with? Clinton? For me it was more Obama and Democrat Party.... they had the power to do the right thing and didn't.
