PORT ST. LUCIE — A fight over two cell phones containing potentially incriminating messages led to the arrest of a wife on a charge of aggravated assault of her husband, according to police reports.

The husband said he returned from a trip to Peru and found two hidden cell phones at home with messages about wanting to leave and being in love.

"At 10:58 a.m. Friday, she allegedly got a knife from the kitchen. According to the reports, the husband said she "raised the knife above her shoulder and stated I'm going to kill you and the children and myself.""

"Lina Husein, 30, was arrested on a charge of aggravated assault without intent to kill."

How is brandishing a knife stating I am going to kill you and the children assault WITHOUT the intent to kill?

Sounds to me like she intended it. Hopefully she never gets within 500 feet of those kids

If the husband has any sense,he'll move those kids & himself,as far away as possible from that crazy bitch.Courts & judges tend to want to keep the mother & child,together.I'd get new identities and get the phuck out of Dodge!

She Is nuts,she wanted to leave her husband for some other guy and then threatens to kill herself him and the kids because he mentioned divorce,Isn't that what she wanted,I don't get that.

I went through hell for 11 yrs with Lina I only stayed with her because my kids are so young I didn't want to hurt them by not having a mother. Little did I know my kids hated her, she was beating them and then begging them not to tell me. The last 5 days have changed my kids they are so much happier without her. I thank god she is out of our life's and I hope the law punishes her to the fullest extent.

WTH? What is wrong with Florida??????? The report said she was arrested on charges of aggravated assault (Without) the intent to kill.Doesn't sound like it was without intent to kill.She said she was going to kill all of them children included.Then herself.I pray to GOD that she never gets anywhere near The Hubby and especially the children ever again.

I don't understand why the husband didn't just call the guy up and congratulate him when he found the phone messages... after all, he had successfully driven his wife to the brink of leaving, pushed her off on this other poor schmuck, and was finally free!
