Why Vote For Obama?

So my Soda Head friends, my liberal friends especially, conservatives constantly talk about how obama is a closet gay muslim fascist nazy socialist chimp of a president, and i disagree with that statement it is Unfounded, nonfactual, and horrid. However I have to ask, How can you support this man for president? The following is a list of reasons, non-economic based, non civil policy based reasons why I will not, and you should not vote for Obama. I will provide links from news sources and Wiki sources to back up my claims.

I would appreciate a serious answer to validate this mans actions.

This act provide military funding for 2012, however it also provides for indefinite detention of american Citizens suspected of terrorism, WITHOUT TRIAL! It also authorizes declaring the homeland, This nation and all of its territories, as a war zone. Giving the US military the authority to act within our borders. Originally the Obama administration stated they would not sign this bill, and to their credit they appeared to be ready to stick to that, until the Indefinite detention Article was put BACK IN. 2. PATRIOT

Liberals and Libertarians alike called foul when Bush passed this bill, and even independents hoped that Obama would do away with this legislation. He didn't, he signed the extension without any reforms. He not only re signed this legislation he left in place all of the things that the Democrats and Libertarians railed against.
