Why isn't Obama being "called on the carpet" for not living up to the oath he took when sworn in as POTUS?

"President" (and I use that term lightly) Obama took a sworn oath to uphold the laws of America when sworn in as the president of the United States of America. In total disregard of that oath, is telling ICE agents they are not to enforce our immigration laws as currently written. Is this not in total violation of the oath he swore to uphold?

Because there's still too many in Washington that are afraid of the race card that will be played and you know it will be because it's all he has any more even though it's like the Boy Who Cried Wolf, no one should be paying any attention to it any more

Obama has continually disregarded our existing laws in order to move his anti-American agenda "forward". The fact we have a useless congress who are more concerned about their own jobs is pathetic at best. If this were 1776, when men were men, Obama and the majority of his administration would have been hung for treason long ago.
