Why has Rev. Wright been canceling all of his scheduled speeches?

Obama's pastor the Rev. Wright has been canceling all of his scheduled speeches in Tampa and in Houston and now possibly in Dallas. Some sources are saying it may be a security issue and others are saying it is an Attempt by Obama's campaign to rein him in and muzzle him. What do you think?

censorship from the Obama campaign. Just like not having Wright speak for himself at the speech last week anf the refusal to do a question and answer news conference instead of the speech.

i think rev. wright has an issue with who he is and the same is with oboma neither don't know what they stand for sure isn't change the way it should be oboma isn't going to be president or rev. wright isn't going to the white house either

Obama wants it to go away .. so if rev. wright speaks or is in the media at all then its back on the tv screen anfd it is not forgotten! guess what Obama...im not gonna forget rev. wrights trash mouth! and i hope america doesnt either!

One of the Ministers from a church is Tampa where the Rev. Wright was supposed to speak is saying there was no security in place to protect him. But the Police in Tampa are adamantely denying this stating the had a very strong plan in place. Rev. Wright cancelled his appearance at the last minute leaving folks that had traveled hundreds of miles in a lurch.

You know I think he is doing it out of deference to Obama. He is not a stupid man and he most likely realizes that he will be under the microscope for every word he says from now until at least the election is over so he is not saying anything else that might call attention back to himself and further hurt Obama.

I think he is being gagged. He is avery out spoken man that is arrogant enough to keep going unless he is held down and stopped. But what is interesting either way his free speech is being curbed but he can not blame the whites for doing it
