Is this just a coincidence that he has shown up numerous times appearing in what the Judge/magistrate has referred to as 'being out of uniform'?
Who is so concerned about violating this sh!t-stain's civil rights by holding him down and shaving his chin whiskers?
If he is still part of the military then he must abide by grooming standards.
Who is behind allowing him to call both sides of the coin, being tried in a military court while claiming civilian privileges?

The solution is simple. Give Nadal a phenobarbital injection while he's sleeping and then shave off his beard every time he's scheduled for a court appearance. Problem solved!

Not only is this appalling and disgusting, it is spitting in the faces of all who died and were injured that day. Damn Obama! The murdering vile creature Hasan belonged in hell long ago! I'm sick of the ridiculous, inexcusable and insulting stall tactics. His one way ticket to his final resting place in Hell needs to be expedited!

They declared him sane enough to stand trial over a year ago.
He murdered 13 people and injured dozens more in broad daylight with a hundred witnesses.
It doesn't get much more cut & dried than that.

Absolutely and as painfully as possible.

Why can't he be paraded into the courtroom in jumpsuit orange which would remove any argument about being out of uniform? This isn't rocket surgery and a blatant series of stall tactics by 0bozo's handlers to keep the trial out of the news until the November election.

I have a better solution. Feed Nadal to a bunch of starving Hogs, then send the video to Al-Jazira. That'll give the future Islamo-terrorist something to think about.
