Everytime there a tax increase the debt rises too. It doesn't matter what the tax code does, the debt goes up and is never projected to go down. You cannot accumulate debt without spending. Spending is out of control and must be reigned in.

No kidding. Point is that you can't fix this problem with taxes alone. There is no year in the last 70 years where raising taxes resulted in the debt decreasing. No matter how much they ask me to pay in taxes they just spend it on some wasteful non sense. I am NOT in favor of any tax increase whatsoever for anyone until serious spending decreases come first. No more taxes until the spending is under control. Then we can talk about raising taxes to pay this debt down.

And cutting a 5% proposed increase in spending to a 3% increase in spending is not a decrease in spending. I don't want to hear nonsense about inflation or cost of living increases. Actually decrease the spending. A real 10% decrease would be enough to get me to consider taxes to start paying down the debt. But the decrease comes FIRST. And any tax increase must be tied to federal spending limits. If the government fails to stay below the spending limit the tax increases need to automatically go away and in fact must automatically be refunded to the tax payers that paid it. That's a tax increase plan I can live with.

well first of all we gotta start cutting defense spending 800 bill a year and star charging every time we go off to save some corrupted country with weapons money and soldiers . then we gotta figure out how to cut on s security 800 bill a year where people contribute $50.000 in their lifetime and end up getting 1/2 mill we also gotta cut on medicaid to the retirees 600 bill a year and do away with the prescription drug program that cost 60 billion a year then we gotta regulate wall street and stop all this crashes that all they do is weaken this country and once a president leaves office he is cut off from billing taxpayers ( bush $1.3 million, clinton $600.000, j carter $37.000 they billed the taxpayer last year.no more expenses in maintaining highway rest stops or welcome centers bring your own toilet paper when traveling cut down in highways maintenance mowe the highway and city lawns twice a year and lets cut down in beautifying our cities and .no more tree plantings with all those cuts we can save some big bucks

When tax cuts happen, there should be corresponding spending cuts.

Less tax + less revenue = more debt.

Because the level of spending doesn't change even though the revenue stream is smaller.

Not true. Tax cust stimulate the Economy. Too much taxaton is detrimental to the Capitlaist system of making a profit from your achievements and accomplishments.
Free Enterprise is what Americans believe in to stimulate the American way of life and culture. Too many liberals have been telling you the wrong information. Stop smoking weed and stop doing crack. This is some idiotic propaganda that is just insane. Spending is what got us in trouble and passing laws because they can but not because they should. Legislalting this crap is what our bureacracy has done the past 3 years.

"Why everytime theres a tax cut the debt rises ?"............. was the question. Is you memory really that short?

    Here's a real simple analogy ~~

If you bring home one thousand dollars a week but the little missus is spending two thousand dollars a week ~~~ YA GOT YOURSELF A PROBLEM

thats exactly my point by cutting taxes you dont get enough money to pay your bills so u have to go out and borrow and the proof is that all 3 republican presidents increased the debt by issuing tax cuts .
