To ask why anyone would willfully want to destroy the country is like trying to ask why a pedophile is attracted to children; why a murderer must resort to so drastic an action to resolve conflict.

The only hope to address this question instructively, would be to research his background... a subject that, on the left at least, has been handled with kit-gloves and all negative aspects largely ignored. That is never the acme of true journalism.

Jerome Corsi and David Freddoso did the homework the LSM chose to ignore, and much of their references come directly from Obama's words himself!

“On reading this one senses a similarity to Frantz Fanon, the African psychiatrist whose revolutionary writings were so influential in shaping the revolutionary political left of the 1950s and 1960s. In the first chapter of Black Skin, White Masks, titled “The Negro and Language,” Fanon wrote, ‘The black man has two dimensions. One with his fellows, the other with the White man. A Negro behaves differently with a white man and with another Negro.’ So too, Obama advises Ray to talk one way with him and another way when whites are present.” (Ibid, p. 81).

What Obama cannot cope with is the real-life Ray (Keith Kakugawa) who telephones him homeless, a drug addict suffering the street abuse of real-life poverty in today’s urban America. Ray, much like Obama’s mother watching Black Orpheus, appears to embarrass Obama.” (Ibid, p. 84).

“…it wasn’t a race thing,’ (Keith, a.k.a. ‘Ray’) Kakugawa went on. ‘Barry’s biggest struggles were his feelings of abandonment. The idea that his biggest struggle was race is [bull].’” (Ibid, p. 75).

“According to the (Wall Street) Journal report, Kakugawa said his phone discussion with Obama was ‘short, sweet and to the point. He really acted like he didn’t have a lot of time to spend with me.’ From there, the Journal further reported that aide in Obama’s office took all subsequent calls from Kakugawa, not referring them to Obama. The aides advised Kakugawa to get help from social services agencies and said that Obama would help by working with the agencies. That exchange, the Journal reported, left Kakugawa upset. ‘Everybody’s just abandoned me,’ the Journal reports Kakugawa as saying.” (Ibid, p. 75-6).

“Obama had realized that this level of intense scrutiny is a price paid by those running for president. What he may still not realize is the extent to which autobiographies that invent names and hide identities of key characters in the story invite scrutiny.” (Ibid, p. 76).

And here, another long-time 'friend' of Obama is thrown under the bus

In stead of reaching out to offer his friend personal assistance, Obama referred him to his staff and instructed them to tell Kakugawa to find help at a social services agency. Obama offered to help, but only at a distance. Where is the empathy for the past friendship of a classmate whose story Obama wove into his legacy?” (Ibid, p. 80).

“Blackness, identity crisis, and drugs: the three went together for Obama, at least according to his autobiography.” (Ibid, p. 77).

“Obama singled out a friendship with a poet he only identifies as ‘Frank.’ Introducing Frank, Obama says he ‘lived in a dilapidated house in a run-down section of Waikiki.’ Obama then provides enough background information about Frank to make identifying him easy for experts.” (Ibid, p. 84-5).

“ ‘--Gramps once showed me some of his work anthologized in a book of black poetry.’ Obama wrote. He adds Frank was ‘pushing eighty’ when he met him. The only poet who fits that description completely is Frank Marshall Davis. A newpaper journalist and poet who was widely known in the 1950s to be a communist.” (Ibid, p. 85).

“In truth, many prominent African-American intellectuals and writers of the1930s gravitated toward communism in their frustration at what they perceived as little or no progress fighting racial discrimination and inequality in the United States.” (Ibid, p. 87).

“The Gospel (as taught by Rev. Wright to Obama as he sat in the pews of the Trinity United Methodist Church for 20 years), instead of being a book from which to learn how to live, is treated as a text that justifies the identification of others as one’s own oppressors.”

“Some of Obama’s supporters have tried to deny that Rev. Jeremiah Wright was a significant influence in his life. Obama himself has avoided such denials, knowing them to be untrue. Long before Wright had become radioactive, the left-0leanign Rev James Wallis told Rolling Stone magazine about Wright’s influence on Obama:

‘If you want to understand where Barack gets his feeling and rhetoric from,’ says the Rev. Jim Wallis, a leader of the religious left, ‘just look at Jeremiah Wright.’” (Ibid, p. 164).


Yeah, I'd say his radical left influences were there all along... for anyone with the slightest curiosity to discover.

He surrounded himself with radical leftists as he grew up in the Chicago-style political sphere... and he continues to this day to surround himself with radicals.

Charles Ogletree – Favors “reparations to the descendants of slaves.”
Robert Malley - “Another foreign policy advisor, Robert Malley had to resign” after meeting with Hamas.” “Hamas Political advisor, Ahmed Yousef stated… his group supports Obama’s foreign policy ideas.” (Ibid).

Obama may or may not have condoned the actions of Palmer, Ayers, Dohrn, it’s “because they share similar ideological influences.” That he admires them and sought out a relationship to launch his political career. (Ibid, p. 139).

And now, Van Jones, the one he claims he didn't know was a Marxist radical? Valerie Jarrett certainly knew! The were watching Jones for years...


I'd say, the American citizen is decidedly NOT leftist!
We've caught on to who and what Obama's "Hope" and "Change" truly represents... and we don't like it!

Remember, it's been tried before! And once flushed out into the open... they lose and lose big!
