With the latest SCOTUS ruling in favor of Obama's lawyer that Obamacare IS A TAX, it has added to Obama's list of BROKEN PROMISES.
The reality is that Obama is a pathological liar and can't be trusted:
Obama broke his promise to cut spending. (instead, he added over $5 trillion to our debt)
Obama broke his promise to cut the deficit in half by the end of his first term.
Obama broke his promise to lessen our dependency on Middle East oil by getting more oil from our neighbors.
Obama broke his promise for a new era of bipartisan cooperation in all matters.
Obama broke his promise to not force Americans to buy health insurance.
Obama broke his promise that 90% of the stimulus jobs created would be in the private sector.
Obama broke his promise that that if you like their current health plan you can keep it.
Obama broke his promise on child labor on family farms.
Obama broke his promise to put all bills on the White House web site for five days before signing them.

universal health care its NOT a tax! the best analogy that i heard to describe it is: think about an independent contractor who is responsible for paying their own taxes to the government instead of their employer doing it for them. if they underestimate the amount of taxes do and pay to little throughout the tax year, they are charged a penalty for underpayment. the underpayment is NOT A TAX but a PENALTY. the government has the authority to collect the penalty under the 16th amendment. universal health care has a penalty ONLY for those who CAN buy health insurance and DON'T.

I have no idea what you're talking about "domestic oil" because Obama has cut oil production on government land (he has control over) by 33%. Oil production on private land (he has no control over) is up and THAT gives you your "increase" you are so proud of... Even though all of them are drilling on permits given under Bush.... So thank Bush.
What one broken promise says about oil is that Obama promised to increase oil imports from neighbors and decrease from the Middle East. Well, when Canada (neighbor) wanted to send oil with the XL pipeline to the US, Obama vetoed it. BROKEN PROMISE.
Second of all, the mandate is a tax. Obama's own lawyer argued in the Supreme Court that it WAS a tax and the court agreed... So if Obama's lawyer said it was a tax and the court AGREED with Obama's lawyer that it was a TAX who are you to tell them they are liars?
I debated with hism earier for an hour about the healthcare being a TAX ...and didnt get it till a friend explained it to him in a 3rd grade format !

On July 9th 2012 the House gets to reconcile the law, and it won't survive the House(meaning it will be struck down) then it goes to the senate, by that time the elections will be held, and the Senate stands a good chance of being controlled by the GOP which means President elect Romney won't even have to repeal it, the house and senate will do it for him. Don't you see how Judge Roberts played this?? OMG
And don't forget it still has to be reconciled, which means when the house doesn't pass it, and if the Senate losses the Majority, and thats a good chance, the law will get struck down without President elect Romney having to do anything. You people are sheep, easily fooled into whatever
