WHY DO WE EVEN HAVE THE VISA LOTTERY WITH UNEMPLOYMENT AT AN ALL TIME RECORD HIGH?

In May the State Department notified applicants in this year's lottery of diversity immigration visa applications that the results of the drawing were being nullified owing to a computer glitch - disappointing 22,000 applicants who'd already been told they had won a chance at residency in the United States.

Now, the Wall Street Journal reports, the State Department's Inspector General is investigating the lottery, and those whose hopes of living in the U.S. were first answered and then dashed are asking Secretary of State Hillary Clinton to reverse the decision, with an online petition and a Facebook campaign.

I agree, why are we taking in more and more, when we can't help those that are already Citizens, and get rid of those who are not here legally.

I have seen hundreds of these people hanging out on corners, or in front of Home Depot, even empty lots next to Dunking Donuts.:

But I have never seen even one of these:

This is the only Immigration Reform that is needed:

This is the true meaning of the Illegal Alien: By our Government Code Alien is just that. Somebody that has entered this country without being invited, thus breaking the law.

Immigrant is also defined in that Same Code, and our Immigration laws as somebody who have entered this country without having legal documents, and an invitation. Which by law has to be applied for, not given. This was legal immigration: .
