I am a libertarian myself, and while I support Gov. Johnson, I can also empathize with the Ron Paul supporters. However, I think they do need to realize eventually that there is no way the Republican Party is ever going to treat libertarians as anything more than second class citizens from a political context.
They are better than dealing with democrats for sure, but the only way we are going to grow as a movement is to do so on our own, not riding on the coat tails of the Republicans.
Why do Ron Paul supporters say that the people want Ron Paul?

Don't you think that if the "people" wanted Ron Paul he would've won a primary or two?

Its because...

This Ron Paul supporter knows better. The average American is a lazy, selfish idiot that would prefer some comfort with their tyranny rather than work for their freedom.
America is DONE. The big question is how everyone handles the crash and burn that is coming very soon.
And can't bring yourself to vote for this guy:
Should just stay home or write in this guy:
Also if you have been paying attention ... the RNC voter fraud has caused a hugh misdirection of who has really won certain primaries.
Also, the media has a bias against him (official pew study proves it): http://blog.sfgate.com/nov05e...
Also, here is a video of some of the bias

In short, the people want Ron Paul, the slaves want Romney.
A tiny clip from Lone Gunmen Episode 1: Pilot, Aired on March 4, 2001.
A vote for a person is a vote for that person.
They both support the bail outs, the NDAA, patriot act, IRS, income tax, the fed, wars, debt and deficit spending...
Romney said he believe the NDAA is needed. Should we ignore that?
Romney is fine with the patriot act. Should we ignore that?
Romney believes in the IRS. Should we ignore that?
Romney has not spoken out against the Fed. Should we ignore that?
Romney's plan would increase the deficit spending and as such the debt will increase. So much of a fiscal conservative.
