You mean like Obama-care that was passed by an unconstitutional means in the senate called "reconciliation" or How Obama and Holder took the law into their own hands with Fast and Furious and continue to evade the law and the constitution by refusing to give documents over. You mean like Obama and Holder tried to overturn the Arizona law which the supreme court says is constitutional? Or are you talking about how Bush always got the support and vote of both houses before going into any war unlike Obama who skirted congress and just refused to go to congress as the constitution states before going into Libya! Which republican bill was unconstitutional?

The problem here is since Reagan was in office, congress ignores the constitutionality of laws because, once passed, most take ten years to get to the Supreme Court if at all...

And quite possibly traitors. Any unconstitutional bills that would have been signed the last two years passed a Democrat Senate and a Democrat President.

*sigh* wrong wrong wrong.
'Reconciliation' was used 14 times by the Republican party. Thats MORE times then its ever been used by the Democrats and they used it to pass the Bush tax cuts,TWICE. Once in 2001 and again in 2003.
I'm not even going to get into the rest of your statements that's incorrect

I contacted 2 teaparty congressmen elected from my state in 2010. both gave the same BS form letter. I'm going to print them both in a big sign and protest them for nov elections. I'll probably get arrested for this since protesting violates the law.
