Mormons are Christian like other branches of Christianity. Some evangelicals may not even consider the Catholic Church to be "Christian." Each branch has beliefs that may be controversial to other branches. That's why there ARE branches!

All religion is based on faith instead of logic. Any argument that some branches are more rational than other branches is an exercise in futility. Although they may differ to greater or lesser degree on details, all Christian branches consider Jesus Christ to be their Savior.

BTW: Your choices suggest an anti-Mormon bias.

I think it is funny because anyone with any sense knows Mormons are not Christians. Muslims are closer to Christians than Mormons. I guess it's a lot easier to see when you are outside the box.

One thing that stands out is because they think they come from another planet and will inherit one of their own when they die. They go by the Book of Mormon and not the bible. They have none Christian beliefs, like plural marriage. I know they say they don't do that anymore, but their leader advocated it. Hum, there are a lot of similarities between them and Muslims, it seems. Their own book, their own prophet, plural marriage and the subjugation of women as second class citizens.

You need more selections, I had to pick the one I did from the two.

For ONE, Mormons are Christians, anyone that believes in the name of Jesus Christ is a Christian. It's just one of the over 38,000 denominations in Christianity.

That's as bad as Christians calling Catholicism a religion, it is not a religion, it too is a denomination of Christianity.

Remember when being a Catholic was an obstacle? Check out just how many Catholics are in our government today. Look how many are giving you the news each day.

Look at Islam, didn't hear much of an uproar about Obama being a Muslim/Christian.

This world is Satan's, but will be soon taken back.

It is typical for people like this to lie during am election. The majority of our population is Christian so they want a Christian to vote for. They are not going to vote for a non Christian. That said, Mormons are only considered non Christian through a few technicalities. They have adopted different practices. They believe in Christ which is the true definition of a Christian.
These days people just dictate the way they want things to be regardless of the facts
