Why do liberals so fear voter ID laws?

With only 13 cases of voter fraud in the past decade, Republicans have yet to show what the problem is.

There's no reason in the world for voter ID laws to be around now, considering there's not been one case of mass voter fraud that could point to a need in changing current legislation.

I think it's 75% just grubbing for votes, regardless of what citizenship the democratic voter may hold. 25% is a sincere (but delusional) belief that they are back fighting Jim Crow.

If they can get out to vote, how hard is it to go get a free voter id? ID will hamper the left's

i registered when i got my license. everyone i know had to show id when they registered. btw, how do you show an id when you vote absentee? where do you live that you don't show id to register?

not the same thing. no, it's not. it's far far worse. in 7 years, with 93 federal prosecutors, bush was only able to prosecute 24 cases of voter fraud. most of those were felons who didn't realize they weren't allowed to vote in their states. however, a case of election fraud could shift an election completely around in a few minutes. of the 2 potential issues, which do you really think is the greater danger? type "red shift" with quotes in google. and you'll see how many exit polls were totally different than the final outcome. historically, exit polls were extremely accurate, until recent years.

What is your point? Probably people that are too lazy to get ID's are too lazy to go vote anyway. LOL
