It's to make themselves feel beautiful even though I think It's really disgusting but I don't do those kind of things I wear skirts but I either wear shorts underneath or the skirt Is really long so I don't wear shorts underneath.

They're either not smart enough to realize what they're doing, or they are narcissistic enough to think that everyone wants to see that. If they were older, they'd be in jail for indecent exposure. Maybe someone should turn them in, so they can learn that it is not appropriate.
