Why did the Democrats purposely destroy the family unit in the African American community?

This is pretty much a true prospective. The Republican "hate the blacks" rhetoric is being pushed by those on the left and is being used as a tool to divide people. The real history is no longer taught to our children and so many adults have fallen prey to this rhetoric without actually doing the research to see if it is actually true.

Were you aware that even under FDR’s “New Deal” program that was to benefit lower income segments of the population, African Americans were still segregated in Soup Lines and Bread Lines?

In the 26 major civil rights votes after 1933, a majority of Democrats opposed civil rights legislation in over 80 percent of the votes. By contrast, the Republican majority favored civil rights in over 96 percent of the votes.

In 1957 President Eisenhower signed the Civil Rights Act of 1957, which was intended to guarantee the voting rights of all African Americans. This was the first Civil Rights legislation to pass since Reconstruction. He also was forced to send Federal troops to Little Rock Arkansas to escort black students entering a formally all white school.

As you said Rust, tactics have become more devious by Democrats. People may wonder how this can be, but that's because Barack Obama is a union puppet. He's the best president union money can buy!

I hate to tell you, but the political figures of the democrat party are NOT in it for the poor or middle class. They are in it for pure self profiteering from investments feeding programs they created. It's nothing new, some conservatives have done it as well.

Ask yourself this, why would anyone with a who isn't already rich want to be a congressman, senator, or president? It's so they can make millions they don't have. Have you checked out the fortunes these people have after leaving office? Their salaries sure don't make them millionaires.

Nancy Pelosi and the democrat held congress knew what was going on with the economy and invested in the market where it would be profitable to them! Look it up on CBS's 60 Minutes website.

These people who passed the healthcare bill, which Nancy Pelosi didn't even read, are going to be multi-millionaires from insider investments made to healthcare related businesses.

The thing is...They don't care, because of their newly found fortunes they'll be even richer when the economy totally collapses. Their money will be worth more. Who will suffer? The poor and lower middle-class.

As for blacks calling themselves African-Americans, please...You're Americans. The majority of you have never seen Africa! I have black friends from other places in the world who are appalled being labeled as such. Even Africans are annoyed Americans call themselves that. If a white man who was born and raised in south Africa moved to the United States, he would be more of and African-American than the majority of black people here.

We have a mixed bag of people here. You don't see people going around with labels saying they're Irish-American, Indian-American, Russian-American, Iranian-American, etc. It's plain stupid! I'm white or Caucasian, what's the big deal?

This liberal way of thinking by democrats has destroyed our poor youth of all races, turning them into a bunch of disrespectful, self-serving, non-reverent, drug using, leeches of society, which have been breeding more of the same.

What this country needs is someway to stop the insanity of throwing money at problems. There needs to be a movement by all Americans by using volunteerism to stop the ignorance, killing, thefts, assaults, etc.
