Why Biden lol Vice President Joe Biden will be in Tampa during the Republican National Convention, a campaign official confirms.

"Next week, on Monday, August 27 and Tuesday, August 28, Vice President Joe Biden will travel to the Tampa area and other cities for campaign events," an Obama campaign official tells THE WEEKLY STANDARD. "Additional details on the Vice President’s trip are forthcoming."

The Republican National Convention will run from August 27-30 in Tampa.

The Drudge Report first reported the news that Biden would be in Tampa at the same as the Republican convention.

The Dems are sending Biden to the GOP convention because they believe he won't know the difference - he never seems to know whether he's foot or horseback, so one convention will look like another to him. Biden will probably try to take the podium to make another debacle of a speech - and if any R's have a wicked sense of humor, they'll let him do it.

I'm not scared about 2012 because I think the President is losing momentum and the Romney campaign is picking up more and more all the time. I can't wait for the Biden vs. Ryan debate. I may even need to record that for posterity.

I'm actually not undecided but this is the best out of the other choices to select, now lets get to the matter at hand. The Vice President will swat down some of the lies the Republiconteabaggers will tout. Truth and facts are the enemy to the right wingers but racism, bigotry, hate mongering to say the least are apart of their values, of course there are some exceptions.

Our First and Second Bananas, along with the whole of the Blue Team seem to be very, very worried about Mitt Romney and his Number One. This is going to come back to bite Incumbent and Blue Team right in the ass. Remember, this break with tradition, campaigning during the other party's convention, is going to come back and bite Incumbent and his whole re-election effort right in the ass. After all, they are going to have their convention the following week. And there will be a wholl lot more funds for the Romney Team to spend the moment the Republican Convention is over.
