Record numbers of Americans don't want to be Americans any more.

"'Truth, justice, and the American way' - it's not enough anymore," the comic book superhero said, after both the Iranian and American governments criticized him for joining a peaceful anti-government protest in Tehran.
Last year, almost 1,800 people followed Superman's lead, renouncing their U.S. citizenship or handing in their Green Cards. That's a record number since the Internal Revenue Service began publishing a list of those who renounced in 1998. It's also almost eight times more than the number of citizens who renounced in 2008, and more than the total for 2007, 2008 and 2009 combined."

Did you read the article? Do you know how women are treated by Muslims? They see western women as sluts and gang rape of them as an acceptable practice.
When a political leader advises "recognizable Jews" to emigrate due to antisemitism that's like a canary in a coal mine. It says things are going to change for the worse and there's nothing that can be done. It's a sign of things to come.
While the plight of "recognizable Jews" may not affect you in the least, you would do well to remember this poem:
First they came for the communists,
and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a communist.
Then they came for the trade unionists,
and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a trade unionist.
Then they came for the Jews,
and I didn't speak out because I wasn't a Jew.
Then they came for me
and there was no one left to speak out for me.
Also many atheists.
There's a threat no matter where you go in the world, I've traveled all around Europe, I'm a white bisexual female myself, of years of traveling, I think I've only felt threatened once or twice, and those were just moments when I realized I had made a risky choice of hanging around certain people that I shouldn't have, but it's all turned out fine.
A woman there just committed suicide because she was forced to marry her rapist. http://www.usatoday.com/news/...
Here in Finland it's quite tough for Africa or Arabic immigrants still, the laws towards them are quite harsh, they rarely get citizenship compared to immigrants who are white, they have a harder time getting employed, they are often mistreated by the Military or police (I have never in my life seen a Finnish police officer or solider who was not white), get much tougher crime sentences and therefore you don't see much of this immigration in Finland at all compared to Sweden. Now I don't find that right either, in fact I'm very often bothered by it considering most my friends here actually are immigrants (Since I prefer speaking English over Finnish considering I've lived abroad most my life) but it does bother me thinking fascists want to change the laws of countries to suit their own agenda.
Mind you I'm not advocating any position re: global warming, but I'm assuming he subsequently changed his mind on this issue. You happen to have any more recent info as to his viewpoint these days?
