Because Romney and Ryan want to cut the tax rate on the richest; if Obama can show that the richest already pay a lower rate than the vast majority of Americans that shows that the real class warfare is being waged by the rich against the middle class.

Failure of Birthers to demand Romney's Certified Long Form Birth Certificate proves this is true.

I've been saying that all along. A bunch of racists on here. And how quick they try to deny it, but we all know the truth.......they do not want a black man in the white house.

I don't think he can either. Ashamed to say this but I am from the grand State of Illinois where Chicago dirty politics rule the roost and have been for as long as I remember. Obama ran a dirty campaign against his Republican rival for the senate, I do not remember his name. I think that he paid off the women who tarnished Herman Cain too, When you have no record of accompleshments I guess you have to resort to hitting below the belt. When he was elected he was a smooth talker but during his term he has produced nothing but Debt and nothing to show for all his spending except golf games, trips to New York with the wife for Broadway shows, etc. I am sick of it. I surely did not vote for him the first time and will not vote for him now.

Do you think Obama’s IRS did not audit Romney’s taxes? If Romney were doing any thing against the IRS tax code, he would publicly be shamed or put in jail by now. This tax straw-man is simply a ruse. If one is obsessed with one’s wealth and how they worked for it, just compare Romney’s record relative to Harry Read’s record.

Another point exactly, I am sure that Obama's IRS audited to make sure they got the maximum payout from him and any other person that is successful in this country. I am also sure that he paid his taxes too, I need to do some research on Harry Reid but I think that he is a crook.

There is no doubt that Mitt filed his taxes according to IRS laws. An audit would yield nothing.

The most likely reason Mitt is hiding his returns is that they contain evidence of at least 2 felonies. 1) If he filed his primary residence was Utah when he was running for governor of Massachusetts (a felony) and 2) Tax Amnesty for his admitted previously held Swiss Bank Accounts. If the Romneys had filed under the Tax Amnesty program they would have had to first admit they committed a felony by sheltering income in Switzerland. Neither of these is a concern for the IRS.

Statements made by the Romneys indicate an extremely high possibility that either if not both of the above are true. That is not just "dirt" ... That is grounds for disqualification.

I’m glad you got that all figured out. Here in the US you are innocent until proven guilty. If you think you have a case, take Romney to court. Like Romney told Harry Read, “prove it.” I’m sure there are a lot of well connected wealthy Obama supporters who could take Romney to court using Harry’s hot tip. Harry is just shooting off a lot of hot air and getting folks like you all worked up.

Here in the US you are also arrested and charged with a crime based on REASONABLE SUSPICION.

Fact: Mitt Romney ran for governor of Massachusetts by claiming he was living in his son's basement. Building permits now reveal that his sons basement was unfinished at the time. We must see what he claimed as his primary residence on his tax returns.

Fact: Mitt admits to having had Swiss Bank accounts but no longer has them. The prime reason for having such an account is to avoid paying tax in the US, which is a felony. A Tax Amnesty program for these types of accounts was available for people like Mitt. All one had to do was admit to the account (felony) and would then be granted Amnesty from prosecution if they either closed the account or paid the US tax on them. Mitt no longer has his Swiss accounts because there is no reason to. He obviously must have applied for the Amnesty.

Fact: Last week Ann Romney said no tax returns would be released because they would provide "ammunition against them" thereby admitting there are indeed items contained in the Romneys tax returns that would disqualify or threaten the success of Mitt's election.

    REASONABLE SUSPICION.

In conclusion, your “REASONABLE SUSPICION” of a crime is not reasonable for Romney is not under arrest and is still a free man. Perhaps, you should keep your day job or enroll in a university to study law.

Of course not. If Romney were to be arrested for falsifying his residency in order to run for Governor all you Cons would cry that President Obama had his opponent arrested. Plus the Statute of Limitations on falsifying documents is 7 years. If he applied to Tax Amnesty he would have already admitted guilt so that crime has already been de-facto adjudicated.

The simple solution is for Romney to release his tax returns. As his own father said, any politician who does not release several years of his tax returns is not to be trusted.

Mitt Romney is not to be trusted.

The tax issue is your problem and you have to deal with that. I have no problem with Romney and I will have fewer problems, when Obama is on the unemployment line.

Its going to cost him the election either way. As of today 54% of all Americans want to see his tax returns. That number will increase as November approaches.

“As of today 54% of all Americans want to see his tax returns.” I’m definitely in the 46% because I have problems understanding my own 1040 tax returns. It is hard to believe “54% of all Americans” once they get a copy of Romney’s tax returns will understand what they are looking at. It would be much easer to look over Obama’s school records.

Before April 15 happens, I’m must move on from this taxing discussion and I appreciate your efforts in trying to make Romney look like a criminal. Compared to Obama, I see a halo of light above Romney’s head.

That's fine for you. It only takes 50.1% to win the election. Obama is ahead in your state of New Jersey by an average of 10.6% so you might as well take the week of November 6 off and go fishing. Your vote for Romney means very little.
